Está bien para ir de entrada por salida, pero no esperes mucho

El alojamiento está en muy buena ubicación, es muy buena opción si viajas por trámite de la visa

El hotel es bonito, sin embargo tiene algunos detalles no muy agradables. El cuarto estaba bien, pero el aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido, tanto que en la noche tuve que apagarlo. Las lámparas de buró no servían, la caja fuerte tampoco servía y la ventana del cuatro no cerraba, cualquiera podía entrar por afuera con mucha facilidad. La limpieza no fue muy buena, en mi habitación había un calcetín en el clóset y las toallas estaban sucias. Al día siguiente estoy segura que no limpiaron la habitación, solo tendieron la cama. En el baño me dejaron las mismas toallas sucias. En la descripción del hotel dice que tiene gimnasio, pero no es verdad, no hay gym ni ningún espacio para hacer ejercicio. En el hotel hay una terraza que está bonita, pero durante el día no puedes estar ahí porque el sol pega muy feo y en la noche es imposible subirte a leer porque la terraza no tiene luz. En la mañana quise desayunar ahí mismo pero me negaron el desayuno, me dijeron que tenía que reservar un día antes y nunca se me informó eso, pero lo que se me hace extraño es que tenían el menú afuera del hotel, como si fuera restaurante, por lo que nunca entendí por qué me lo negaron si cualquiera puede llegar.

Bonito, buen precio, pero baño deja que desear.

Excelente ubicación. Muy buen servicio al cliente. Cuarto aceptable y limpio.

El baño, muy pequeño, y dividido en tres. La ducha pequeña y visible, no hay privacidad, no te puedes cambiar o secar sin que te vean. Se descompuso, pero nos dieron solución rápido.

I am glad we picked this place to stay

The location is excellent, very close to restaurants, clubs, walking areas. There is plenty of food choices just steps away. if you use local transportation as we did, there are many bus route stops nearby. there was always a nice cultural activity going on at the chapultepec avenue every night. The people at the front desk are great. always willing to help.

Being too close to bars make this a noisy place at night, specially on weekends. However, we asked to be placed in the quietest room in the hotel and the noise was minimal when we closed the door.

Hay cucarachas y personal de limpieza deshonesto.

Todo parecía bonito, pero me llevé una muy mala experiencia

Olvidé mi cargador conectado, y “sólo apareció el cable”. Salieron 3 cucarachas de una pared falsa que divide el cuarto y el baño.

Una estancia muy buena y práctica

Todo el hotel está muy lindo, muy limpio. Camas cómodas, habitaciones amplias. El trato del personal es excepción. La ubicación super buena

Noche sin descanso!

Pues solamente la ubicacion

Tuvimos una habitacion en la cual no habia agua en la regadera. El encargado tardo 1:15 hrs. Para resolver el problema. Despues de ese tiempo, siendo ya mas de las 11 de la noche, nos cambian a una habitacion mas pequeña (segun del mismo costo 🤔) en la cual el sanitario tiraba el agua, por lo cual el deposito siempre estaba solo.

Muyy caro para lo sucio e incómodo

Me gusto que llegue y ya tenían mi reservación impresa y lista

La habitación estaba infestada de mosquitos. Al preguntar, me informaron que no tenían insecticida disponible, por lo que tuve que salir a comprar uno en una tienda Oxxo. Además, al llegar a la habitación, noté que las sábanas y edredones estaban manchados de sangre y otros fluidos. Inmediatamente, informé a recepción para solicitar un cambio de sábanas y me trasladaron a una habitación más pequeña con una cama de madera incómoda que tenía humedad en las patas. En esta segunda habitación, me encontré con muchas cucarachas pequeñas en el baño, las cuales tuve que eliminar con el insecticida que había comprado previamente.

The place us under remodeling, kind of messy andnthenroom that they assigned to me had no closet, very bad furniture and looked kingdom of cheesy fir a boutique hotel.

It´s good for the price but don´t expect to not hear what happens outside the room.

The bed was comfortable, even tho that it is small you have everything you need. The shower is really good and big. Also the fact that they leave you some water to drink is really good. The A/C worked really fine

When you get out of the shower there´s nothing you can do to avoid to leave water outside the shower. You can hear pretty much all the noise from outside

the staff is friendly and accommodating plus the locations is good if you have business around the area

The rooms are small, cramped and smell weird, the towels provided were old, raged and stained. The rooms are not well sound insulated and it very noise hard too sleep well, the common areas are full and cramped with junk.

I am very suprised by the good reviews for this place.

Not much.

It is way overpriced. The hotel is under construction. The rooms were not clean wehen we arrived. The bar across the street was very loud up until 3am. The stuff is confused.

This place is extreemely noisy. Terrible location. Don´t even stay there. Rooms are really cheap. curtain just gell on me. Bathroom dosn´t work. No ventilation. Really a bad deal.

Noisy as hell, the place the location is the worst. It sais it is a Hotel Boutique but it seems more to be a 5th rate place. Never stay there

Don’t go. Find another hotel.

A new owner is gutting this beautiful, historical place and has taken all the magic & charm away. Pictures you see online are of the OLD place, not now. It was filthy, uncomfortable & uninhabitable. We have stayed at Monraz under the old owner and loved it. NEVER again!

Gross and dirty.

Dirty, used soaps in the bathroom, dirty sheets, under construction . it was HORRIBLE. We switched to their other hotel the next day although it upset all 5 of us. it was just terrible . Their other hotel was good . They should NEVER have out anyone in that hotel. Funiture was gross. Don’t sell it! We would like a refund for the first night .

The front desk ladies were very nice and attentive. Hotel was in the middle of remodeling.

Great location for when you go to your US Visa appointments in Guadalajara. The zone is also very alive at night with several restaurants and bars around and feels quite safe.

Hotel was in the middle of remodeling so there was a lot of construction noise in the afternoon. The room felt unfinished and we had to ask for a few things like hand soap and a blanket. The blankets and towels had grease stains on them. There was not place in the shower to place the soap and shampoo, had to put them in the floor.

Lovely place with great location

Loved the location, but unfortunately it can be loud at night due to the proximity of bars and clubs.

Incomplete restoration of the room, flooring was old. Construction was ongoing.
