La piscina
El desayuno es escaso y caro. Los horarios no pensados para niños. El ascensor se estropea permanentemente. El acceso a la piscina se limita a 1h/día, que hay que pedir con antelación. Hotel no preparado para niños. Caro.

Very nice location, picturesque landscape, quiet and comfort rooms, in a historical heritage building and site. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not much really.
Free parking is maybe the only positive thing I can think of.
I had been riding off-road in the mountains all day and really needed somewhere to rest. Not very friendly reception. Very run down hotel and room. Knackered furniture. Incredibly noisy from other guests. Substandard food (except the fish soup which was lovely). Table service was shocking, no drink even though I asked for one and it was included in the meal. An absolute unwillingness to entertain me as I'm an English speaker. Couldn't wait to leave so I skipped breakfast and checked out. Without a smile or a thank you by the same person who checked me in.
Experience was profoundly negative and actually left me quite upset. As a lone traveller, experiences like this just make me want to go home. Is it a coincidence that I brought my return ferry ticket forward four days that afternoon?

everything . the location was amazing . the house and baths are historic but unpretentious . the baths are amazing . a real sense of history . food was good and breakfast was complete . our dog loved it . wonderful grounds to play in and other dogs to play with . I had a wonderful facial and all the staff were so helpful
my only suggestions are1. that there is more info available about the history of the place 2 that the original
tiled bathhouse in the garden be restored as best as they can . 3 a map of the area including walks would be helpful
4 that they limit car parking to the back so that the front can be got guests to sit out in etc

Quirky hotel with a very simple and cheap set menu. €10.90 per person for 3 courses including a bottle of wine. Catered for vegetarian and vegan diets too. Quite a basic hotel but lovely staff. Close to the Pozalagua caves which are stunning.
No air con in the bedrooms.

Some of the worst food I have ever eaten. Shockingly bad.

The building and its history is very special. One of the classic Balnearios of the area. Surrounded by lush forrest and mountains, its a great place to escape to. The room was simple but very cosy. The swimming pool very nice and has stunning mountain views. Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. If you enjoy classic buildings with a rich history, this is for you.
Some of the facilities could use a bit of TLC and modernization

The rooms could have been cleaner.

The place is good and calm. The spa is small, classical, but not what we could call a full spa. But the swimming pool was fine. It has a huge garden.
The breakfast is not very good for the prize. You expect from a place centered in well-being to have a breakfast with the same mood.
