Erittäin laadukas aamiainen ja huone

Hyvät sängyt, erittäin monipuolinen buffet aamiainen. Hyvät bussiyhteydet ympäri saarta (matkat hitaita ja edullisia).

Seogwipoon matkaa 15 minuuttia bussilla, mutta lähellä oli ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Vastaanotosta sanottiin ettei ole mahdollista saada lisätyynyä huoneeseen, mutta siivooja toi sellaisen kun häneltä pyysimme.

쉿, 나만 알고 있을거야

혼자만 알고 애용하고 싶을정도로 저희 가족은 맘에 들었어요. 다음날 다른 호텔 오니 어제 묵은 곳이 정말 가성비였구나란 것이 더욱 크게 와닿는듯 합니다. 방 넓은 편이고 기대 없던 10층바다 뷰까지.. 밤에 동네 마실 나갔다가 맥 가서 아들 야식 먹이고 마트서 어른 간식거리도 사올수 있는 거리라는건 덤. 조식 안내해주시는 직원분과 화요일 쉐프님께서 몸이 좀 불편한 아들 신경써주셔서 또한 감동이었어요. 다음 제주 올때 가격 크게 오르지만 않았다면 무조건 다시 예약할 것입니다.

주차타워라 주차는 조금 불편할 수 있어요. 새벽에 차 뺄일 없음 상관 없음.

海景房間，床褥舒服，廁所乾淨酒店附近有不同類型食肆及便利店。

前枱男服務員態度欠佳，協助性低停車場可用的時間為07-23，當時我於2200時check in卻要求我把車停在酒店外的地點。

Comfortable. Value for money

Decent room size for 4 adults. Convenient store just below hotel and plentiful of foods stall around. Free parking nearby hotel for SUV although cannot park inside hotel (only for saloon cars)

The room has great view, which you can see the Olympic stadium and sea.

The entrance is a little bit hidden, especially the parking lot.

it was a really great hotel stay that was very worth it. the beds were comfortable and the shower was great and hot. the best thing was the valet for our parking.

Really lovely part of Jeju , so pretty and near all the sites etc . Lovely staff and very confortabl

Staff were very helpful and room was. Ice and spacious

Same with all the hotels we found they had just a wardrobe with a handful of hangers but no drawers

Value for money

Room is spacious for family of 4

The room temperature went up as the weather got warmer and there was no aircond. Travelers from tropical countries like my country Malaysia wouldn’t get use to this kind of setting.

Beware of parking Fine if you are driving

Careful of parking enforcement camera... Staff did not inform us of this and directed us to park at a specific spot. While I understand that the carpark is not suitable for SUV and bigger vehicle, the hotel should have allowed us to park by the dropoff point to unload our luggages. Instead of doing so they directed me to park by the side and did not mention about parking enforcement camera. I only receive the parking fine after I returned the vehicle 2 days later. Hotel tried to shirk responsibility and did not want to reimburse for the fine. Went all ways to reiterate that it was customer's fault. Totally not helpful.... Hotel room was average at best but with this "additional fee", it was a pretty bad experience for me

The rooms were very clean, modern and spacious.

The aircon was very loud so it was quite difficult to sleep. The room was also quite hot even when lowering the temperature.

All in all a good stay with some things to improve

- modern rooms - big TV - nice view

- too early breakfast time - extra costs for pool, gym, etc - one day our room wasn’t completely cleaned - noise from construction site in the morning - curtains not sufficient for light cover - opening times of pool and sauna (closing too early)

it's warm in the room buffet breakfast is offered at the hotel staff can speak English and they're helpful free car parking many nearby restaurants but they're closed soon at night

small room no bath tub the room has windows but no view, all the view is the opposite building

overall it’s value for money

generally clean and comfortable. I had a UPS parcel delivered there and the staff made sure I got it.

slight incline uphill walking from the bus stop where you get off. be prepared for that.

overall like it’s.

I liked the location and also the helpful staff and also enjoyed the swimming pool downstairs but I did think there would be one outside too

I didn’t like that they didn’t have much food options open and that the outdoor pool was not in working order even with it being 31 c

Clean, Comfortable, great location, great b/f.

Room clean, Location...B/f was great. Shower place was great.

The check in staff would have smiled. The swimming pool would be opened longer hours and days.

I am very picky and it was clean enough for me. Some of the stuff was really nice but some clearly should not work in hospitality.

Our room was tiny and breakfast was poor for my taste.
