럭셔리한 오션뷰!

위치도 좋았고, 오션뷰도 좋았습니다. 수영장이 온수풀인 것도 너무 좋았고 객실 내에 있는 자쿠지도 좋았습니다!

평일 조식은 룸 서비스로 줬던 게 아쉬웠어요. 조금 더 조식 선택지가 많으면 좋을 거 같아요.

Great hotel, friendly staff

The breakfast was the best we had experienced in Korea. Lots of varied choice, including fruit, cereal, pastries etc. The staff were very helpful, friendly and always welcoming. The hotel sent a daily email with information such as the weather and recommendations which was thoughtful. The heated pool was lovely and stays open late to enjoy in the evening. The room was a good size and the jacuzzi bath was big. The location was peaceful with a great views of the sea. Parking was easy.

The location is further out from the main town than we expected, however there are still some restaurants within 5-15 mins walk and a convenience store.

We feel very fortunate to have chosen GoldOne for our visit to Jeju.

Breakfast was amazing! Variety, freshness, presentation... all superb! Our three-day visit was not nearly long enough to enjoy all of the amenities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location offered us easy access to beautiful hiking, as well as transportation to other areas of the island.

We can't think of anything that could make this GoldOne Hotel more enjoyable... except maybe offering an additional night's stay... on the house :)

Idyllic

We had a perfect 5-night stay in this establishment! - The staff are smiling and attentive to your needs. - The cuisine is tasty, with a chef who goes out of his way to satisfy you. - The setting with the pool overlooking the sea is idyllic - The room is very spacious and the jacuzzi next to the terrace offers an incredible view of the ocean. - The free activities offered by the hotel are appreciated and a real asset when it rains on the island (mini golf, table soccer, darts, fitness, ping pong). I highly recommend this hotel, we'll be back without hesitation!

Nothing, but if I absolutely had to find one, I'd say it would be better to have an electric socket on 2 sides of the bed rather than just one.

Exceptional

The staff and especially the hotel manager were very kind and helpful! The manager even took us to the city and recommended us a great restaurant and helped us check movies and the mall. There is a nice game room with playstation and basketball. The pool is great and has a terrific view and an outdoor jacuzzi (we also had a jacuzzi in the room).

Exceptional service from the front desk staff. Large comfortable.beds, great breakfast buffet. Pool was wonderful.

Our ocean view was obstructed by a building immediately outside the hotel property.

We really enjoyed our stay at Goldone Hotel & Suites. The quality and service of this hotel had been amazing and we

Wonderful amenities around the hotel and within the room as well. We were especially impressed by the rooftop terrace that had a refreshing view, the swimming pool and the secret garden trail- which was our favourite!! The room we stayed in also had a lovely bathtub with a great view of the scenery outside! It was also convenient to park thanks to the car park in the property. The hotel was also a convenient drive away from Seogwipo city, and also good enough to make day trips to other parts of Jeju. We would like to specially thank Alex Lee, one of the amazing concierge staff who even personally prepared a fantastic list of restaurants for the guests staying here. Thanks to his friendliness and great service, we were further able to enjoy our stay in Jeju, in addition to having a delicious meal at a restaurant that locals frequent.

A good stay for a couple of days, though nothing exceptional.

The room is comfortable, temperature control was good, WiFi was fast and stable, and the hot tub was a really nice thing to have in a room. The outdoor warm pool was great and a small rooftop was nice (though it was quite windy in December). Location is good, in a quiet and cozy place. Staff was nice.

The restaurant works only for breakfast, so you need to go out for lunch. The breakfast was okay - there was a little variety of food (though having steak was great).

Enjoyable stay, good location, lovely hotel

Breakfast had good selection. We even had a made to order steak! The heated swimming pool was a treat. We had a short stroll to the rocky beach, which was very picturesque.

Exceptional

I love that the room are clean, comfy and nice. The sea view from our room is nice too. A very comfortable stay for me and my friends. We had a great time.

There was only 1 shower room and I thought it would be better for the room to have 2 shower rooms. This is so that me and my friends do not need to wait and take turns when showering. The master bedroom does not have a shower room but a rest room with a jacuzzi. To be hoenst, I rather have a shower than a jacuzzi.

Decent spot for a short stay in Jeju.

huge comfy bed, breakfast and the view were great. staff responded well enough with issues brought to their attention and were very nice.

broken glass on floor by bedside table at check-in that cut me, hotel and staff seemed a bit sleepy overall, ac stopped working for a night and then came back on, pool was heated but no pool bar and no real ambiance or music during stay.
