まずロケーションが最高！ ソウル駅から近く、南大門、明洞も徒歩で行くことが可能です。 空港シャトルバスの乗り場も近いので仁川空港とのアクセスはAREX（電車）でもシャトルバスでもとても便利です。 スタッフの対応もとても気持ちよく、笑顔で対応してくれます。 部屋も綺麗で広く、とても居心地が良いです。 16階には綺麗なフィットネスジムと、大浴場があり、大浴場にはサウナも完備されています。

部屋の中に日本のコンセントが挿せる形状の差込口が１つしか無く、USBの差込口も無いので、少し不便です。 最近のホテルはサステナブルな社会・・・的な傾向なのか、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーなどは、使い捨てではなく、備え付けのボトルに入っていて無駄が無いようになっていますが、歯ブラシなどのアメニティも置かれていなく、そこはちょっと置いていて欲しいと思いました。

Good and reasonable hotel near a lot of sightseeing points. Nearby restaurants and shopping opportunities. Nice Sauna and Onsen.

Bath tab, shower booth, toilet is no separate. Public bats and sauna close time 10pm. (close time until 11:00pm is better)

Excellent location near City Hall metro, Nandaemun market and other attractions and eateries. Room was spacious and comfortable too.

Nothing much.

I was actually surprised with the size of the room which had a living room/seating area and bedroom (separated by a sliding door). Normally, a lot of hotels in Seoul have very small rooms where you hardly know where to put your luggage. The room was spacious with big windows and very comfortable in its design. The staff was friendly and quick; check-in and check-out were a breeze. Bonus points for the scales in the bathroom - so you can weigh your luggage before heading to the airport! The hotel is right next to a big area for restaurants and bars. It was very easy to find a place to eat and do some people-watching. I will definitely book it again for my next stay.

It always took a bit to reach public transport, like walking 8 to 10 minutes to the next bus or subway/metro stop. Not a major deal-breaker, but it was sometimes cumbersome to make it through the (at time heavy) traffic to catch your bus in time.
