Incredibly beautiful property and the staff were fantastic! What a great experience!
Would like to see breakfast run a little later, maybe till 11 or 11:30. That's just a personal preference and not a negative reflection on the property or staff.

Amazing stay!

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is good, nevertheless breakfast area could be nicer.
Prices at bar and restaurant are really very expensive and staff in general at the hotel is not very nice. The nicest ones were the staff working on the beach and the cleaning ladies.
Our shower wasn’t working well, water was too hot or too cold. The cleaning of the beach and paths around and garden area could be better. Some guests at the pool were really very loud, not having in consideration other guests.

Location of this property is just breathtaking. Beaches in Turks are well known for being exceptional but this has really exceeded our expectations. Facilities of the hotel are nice including lounge chairs, pool, bars and gym. Room is very clean, spacious and the cleaning service is very well done. Hotels is beautiful in terms of design and surrounding nature.
Restaurants of this place fall short. The food standard as well as the taste is ok for such a luxurious hotel. The staff is not very welcoming and they can be rude. Breakfast was not versatile enough and the fact you do not get coffee included with breakfast is ridiculous. Even business hotels next to the airport give away free coffee, not to mention 5 star hotel like this. Lastly, staff always expects tips even though service charge is always included.

Great location and room. Excellent facilities. Beautiful hotel
The food was just very under par. For a 5 star resort you’d expect better. Also the staff, many of them seem like they are depressed..

quiet intimate …. but fun … perfect
I felt the staff was not super friendly… bartenders had an attitude especially the big fat guy with the braided hair .

Breakfast was included. However, I almost would have preferred to pay, because the service was not good. It was buffet style, and we felt they were doing us a favor by being there. Not a pleasant experience.

The staff and location were both excellent! It felt like we were home and home just happened to be a private beach club. Definitely looking forward to coming back.
Drinks and food were a bit pricey but the whole island is.

Beautiful new property, elegant style and rich vibe.
The main pool area was so loud and noisy with you couldn’t relax on your balcony.
3.0 / 10.0
It looks beautiful and the beach and pools look even better in real life!
The service is NOT 5 star!
Drinks and food are massively overpriced
Even a simple caffe latte is not included in the $43,- breakfast but will cost you $10,-
Non of the juices are fresh all very sugary
They charge you the wrong prices e.g a virgin colada is $13,- on the menu but they charged me $15,- (excluding gratuity and gov tax)
They also randomly charge you $20,- per cocktail instead of the ‘normal’ price and then argue that they took the better booze (should it not be too alcohol in the first place for that money)
Not enough healthy options on the menu al all!
Not environmentally conscious (a lot of single used plastic)
Long waiting times (2 snacks at the pool took 1 hour to prepare)
We emailed the concierge upfront and got confirmed on email that we would be able to rent kite equipment (when we arrived the kite shop did not rent anything and this was supposed to be a kite holiday). We Made it happen in the end but not due to the help of the hotel (concierge) as she argued that she can’t keep track of all the policies of the kite stores. Then just say that when people email you.
We asked for a cot but we had to call 2 more times before it finally came in total more than 4 hours (we were traveling with a child and she was tired)
We complained with the manager and expected a better apology or a complimentary meal or an upgrade of the room - but nothing
In the end we paid €750,/ per night for the room alone and it was really not worth that.
They did not even serve a complimentary welcome drink.
The island is beautiful and so is the hotel but we feel ripped off and would not come back.

The resort was beautiful
The food was terrible. The spa was terrible. The staff were not friendly or attentive. The restaurants are not open with the hours stated in the book. The location is not good. We were supposed to have an ocean view with balcony and we got a 1st floor room with a patio

the shore club is a pristine hotel on the shore line. The warmest people , the bluest ocean , such lovely designed rooms, super comfy beds ( like a cloud )very very clean.
truly not much to not like , but service can be slow ( beyond island slow ) you can wait for a long while for the check to pay etc which can be infuriating and it took 30 mins to get help with luggage

The Shore club was by far the best resort we have every stayed at. Everything about the resort was 5*, amazing staff and service (special shout out to Jermain at the beach bar, best bartender on the island :D), the facilities are stunning.. amazing interior design and attention to detail everywhere from the rooms to restaurants. Food options are slightly limited as it is a smaller resort but everything is top notch quality, reasonable prices for a 5* resort on Turks and Caicos.
The shore club offers a truly exclusive feeling, despite being nearly full capacity it never felt crowded you can always get a cabana at the pool, seat at the bar or chair on the beach.
We loved the location on Long Bay is it offers a much more exclusive private beach feeling than the crowded resorts on Grace Bay, we spent a part of our trip in Grace Bay to get a feel for it but will return to Long Back on our next visit. We are both Kiters and shore club offers the best launch spot at the best part of long bay, there is even compressed air to pump your kites..
We visited some of the other 5* resorts on the island and nothing compares, Shore Club is the only place we will stay when returning to Turks and Caicos.
Nothing that would warrant less than 10/10 rating but if one was to nitpick..
The location is far from any other resorts, restaurants or anything other than private villas which are on Long Bay. This means you really do need a rental car to get around, the cabs in Provo are super over priced. However this isolated location adds to the exclusive feel of the resort so its worth the minor inconvenience.
There was a ton of sales pressure from third party jet-ski rental services when at the beach / beach bar.. we were surprised the Shore Club allowed this as the staff seemed to have a commission system going for sending guests to the jet-ski rentals. We had no interest in jet-ski rental yet were constantly approached throughout our stay. At some points throughout the day there seemed to be 3-4 individuals offering these rentals right in the shore club beach area.
We had a king size double room and the bed consisted of two double beds pushed together so not as comfortable as it could have been for a couple.

Nothing.
