The hotel and staff were exceptionally accommodating. We had to change our travel plans and even though our booking was not changeable, they accommodated our change request without hesitation. The staff at the hotel was also very nice. The facilities are clean and the pool is very nice, too. For the sunrise tours that usually start at 4AM in the morning, the team prepared a nice takeaway breakfast. The bathroom is nice with a spacious bathtub. The value for money was exceptionally good.
Location requires tuck-tuck/taxi to go to Siem Reap walking street (super cheap and easily available).

Great value for money, staff were excellent, couldn't fault it at all

The pool on the ground floor was lovely, our room was clean & serviced each day upon our request. Free tuktuk transport to and from airport.
The rooftop pool was undergoing renovations which was not disclosed to us until arrival. In addition, the “buffet breakfast” was actually a la carte due to the time of year, however this again, was only disclosed to us upon arrival. Location of hotel is quite far from the city center & there aren’t many good restaurants around the area.

hotel is rather clean and staff is helpful and friendly
let’s say hotel is renovated. in general I was supposed it would be much better. jacuzzi in spa not work, a lot of insects especially if you decide to eat on balcony be ready that red ants will come in 2 min to bite you. breakfast is horrible. it’s under the menu, and actually if you stay in sr better Oder from NHAM24 or food panda. overpriced SO MUCH! bottle of Angkor beer ( 50-70cent outside and around 1-2 $ In restaurant or other hotel ) will cost you with tax 4,5$ wow! actuality same quality hotel can find in the city 20-25 $! not worth that

Excellent stay at this hotel! Hotel management and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Special effort made to cater to vegetarian and vegan dietary requirements. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The staff was really friendly and they speak very good English (it was not the case in Thailand) The bathroom was large and comfortable. Amazing swimming pool
Breakfast could have more options.

The staff were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the pool area was quiet and relaxed.
The bar prices in the hotel were a bit expensive for the area, although not exceptional for drinking in a hotel.

We loved our time here, the staff was delightful, especially Mr. Po - they helped to arrange tuk tuks to go see the temples and were very gracious and kind. Our room was beautiful, I took a bath in our fantastic bathroom!
Hotel is not in the main town of siem reap, you will have to take a tuk tuk. Gym is not great, but there was an excellent gym close by, about a 15 minute walk away.

Definitely the staff. They are friendly, courteous, attentive, and very helpful. We'd like to compliment two staff in particular; Visal and Sri Pech, from front office. They went all out of their ways to help us complete our journey. Besides the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel from lobby, dinning room, to our room. The pool was amazingly large for hotel this size. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. The wait staff were very attentive. Wifi is strong.
The hotel is a bit out of town. But Grab tuk-tuk can easily be called. And there always tuk-tuk in front of the hotel.

Location, staff, bed, food, EVERYTHING was amazing! The staff were especially kind and accommodating. The price was really good. The pool was very nice, and it was really great to be able to just walk out from our porch into the pool.
If you want to do the tourist things, it might be cheaper to find your own Tuktuk driver on the streets of Siem Reap. One of them was offering us $5 for a whole day of travelling through Angkor Wat and other temples. I think the hotel charged $15 or $20 for a whole day. So just be aware of that.

Perfect hotel for a one night stay prior to an early morning flight.
Wonderful, quiet room with direct access to the pool.
Very close to a great Khmer restaurant for dinner.
Amazing breakfast.
Very helpful staff.

Tuk Tuk drivers available at your request at a reasonable rate. staff went out of there way to help. Room was really comfortable, clean and lovely pool.
It didn’t seem fully open, potentially due to staffing issues from covid. The bar upstairs wasn’t open, the spa didn’t seem open but could have been on request. No vegan food options.

Our room was located at the pool and it was absolutely perfect. The breakfast and dinner menus were packed with fresh fruits and Asian dishes as well as some western food. The area and the hotel itself is just a hidden secret in Siem Reap and I can recommend this place to anyone, who is coming for A small luxury holiday.

Oh we loved our stay at this friendly, clean, efficient and welcoming hotel. The staff made our stay memorable. We booked five nights. Leaving this heaven was tearful.
Our room was decided into three parts: a spacious balcony, a bathroom with bath and shower and a sleeping part. Just wonderful.
Cleaning service was very efficient. Mattrases promised a good night's sleep and the room was quiet and dark at night.
Breakfast came with an ordering menu: bread, a set of choice and a fruit platter.
We expected a blue coloured swimming pool. Unfortunately, it was green due to heave rain earlier in the month. The quality was stil good according to measurements.
