Sicuramente la posizione centrale e il fatto che fosse un mini appartamento con un bagno strepitoso.

Perfect room for a visit to Verona

Ho già affittato da questa azienda, anche se diverse stanze o appartamenti che gestiscono nelle vicinanze, ma finora questo è stato di gran lunga il mio preferito. Recentemente ristrutturato, è luminoso, pulito, con un bagno spazioso, un'enorme cabina doccia. C'è molto spazio nell'armadio, asciugamani rigogliosi, comodi comodini e prese elettriche ben posizionate. Apprezzo soprattutto la posizione dell'appartamento, a soli 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Bra e comoda con i mezzi pubblici alla stazione ferroviaria centrale e a tutti i siti storici e le chiese. Sicuramente cercherò sempre un posto vacante lì quando visiterò Verona, cosa che faccio ogni tre mesi. I have rented from this company before, different rooms or apartments that they manage nearby, but this was by far my favorite so far. Newly renovated, it is bright, clean, with a spacious bathroom, an enormous walk-in shower. There is plenty of closet space, lush towels, convenient bedside endtables, and well-placed electrical outlets. I especially appreciate the location of the apartment, just a 5 minute walk from Piazza Bra and convenient by public transport to the central rail station, and all historic sites and churches. I will certainly always look for a vacancy there when I visit Verona, which I do every three months.

Non c'è nulla nell'esperienza che ho trovato spiacevole. Detto questo, la TV sarebbe un gradino sopra quello che è già se Netflix e Amazon Prime fossero inclusi nel menu. Inoltre, per raggiungere il distributore di carta igienica è necessario sporgersi attraverso il bidet (avrebbe potuto facilmente essere affisso sullo spazio della parete tra i due). Naturalmente si tratta di piccoli inconvenienti appena degni di nota, se non quello di avvisare la struttura di una possibile "correzione". There is nothing about the experience that I found to be unpleasant. That said, the TV would be a step above what it is already if Netflix and Amazon Prime were included in the menu. Also, to reach the toilet paper dispenser one must reach across the bidet (it could easily have been affixed on the wall space between the two) Of course these are minor inconveniences barely worth mentioning, other than to alert the facility to a possible "fix".

Best location! Room is comfortable, there's AC, nice view. There's restaurant on the first floor, but there's not a lot of sound. Strongly recommend!

The room was clean but there was a strong smell of cleaning products A small fridge in the room would have been ideal, especially for water and some refreshments Better internet connection, if you plan to work remotely from the location the internet connection won't be sufficient

Nothing to like really. Terrible - not really a flat, just a bed in a very small room. A grimy bathroom. Not even a chair in sight.

If you’re looking for a tiny room, just about big enough for a double bed, a dirt encrusted shower and a broken toilet seat then this is the place for you! Messages received from the ‘flat’ asking when we were due to arrive for check were an absolute waste of time because we never actually saw anybody during time there, just more messages telling us how to access the ‘flat’ 😕

Good for a short stay

The location was super. Really close to all the attractions in Verona. Right under, there was a very cute restaurant.

The personal was non-comunicative at arrival and non-existent when we checked out (Sunday). The office works from Mon-Sat but there were left no instructions on where to leave the keys on Sunday. There were no welcome words and no instructions about the room, wi-fi, etc. as it is common in many b&bs at arrival. The room and furniture was worn, also with a bit of mould in the bathroom. For the price paid, I was expecting a bit more.

Incredible location just a couple of steps away from all the main attractions, lovely clean room and big bathroom. Rooms were a bit basic but for the amount of time spent in it it was great.

No remote control for the television so it was no use in the evenings. As a solo traveler Id normally throw it on in the evening if I'm back relaxing. Room could also do with a kettle

Good apartment, great location, awful personnel.

Great location, the apartment itself was big and clean.

The attitude of personnel was awful. From the beginning, when we contacted them before the arrival, they didn't respond for more than a day, despite we had to arrive very soon. When we arrived, we messaged them a question regarding heating in the apartment (it was pretty cold in it), and they replied only at the day of departure. The office of the apartment managent is located in the same building downstairs, and when we wanted to leave our luggage after the check out, firstly they told us to pick it up not later than one hour before the end of their official hours of work. In other occasions we came to the office, and it was closed in the working hours. It seems that the guys think nothing but to leave the work as early as possible. But the worst thing was when we came to pick up our luggage, we asked to go to the toilet, and they refused explaining it with COVID restrictions. At the same time nobody of them were wearing masks. We think it's very rude not to let use toilet people who paid for two nights in their structure.

I travelled alone so it suited my needs. The location really is super. Gorgeous restaurants nearby.

It was clean and adequate for my needs to sleep and somewhere to leave my belongings. It is superbly located just 5 min from Casa de Julietta. Walking distance everywhere in Verona. However it can be a noisy place at nighttime.

My separate bathroom across the corridor. Other rooms were ensuite.

We had 3 rooms. 2 were excellent but the bathroom in the third was poor. When holding on to the handrail by the toilet the whole wall broke off!!. The location is wonderful.

The bathroom in the 3rd room was terrible. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall and as mentioned, the whole wall came off when trying to hold on to the handrail The location was great but would have appreciated being warned that you could not drive up to the hotel but had to park approx. 15 min. away and walk with your luggage.

Dont waste your money staying here

Central location.

The property itself is disgusting. There was dirt and dust everywhere, cigarette butts on the floor and the smell of smoke throughout. The bathroom was filthy, I had to go and get cleaning products to make sure it was in a usable condition. The room had an air con unit which we needed in the 37 degree heat, however wasn’t working properly to cool the room. When I looked inside it was no surprise why, as the unit was completely full with dust. My partner has a dust allergy and was unwell following our stay. Unfortunately on all occasions when we walked past the office, there was no one there and the door was locked. please don’t waste your money here. stay somewhere else which has basic hygiene standards.

is missing a mini fridge, we needed cold water in the July 2022 heat wave with 36 degrees Celsius. also, the air conditioner was not powerful, just a breeze. but just those things to take into account t if you travel in summer
