Items provided for breakfast were quite good - that was very thoughtful of the property owers and managers.
The door keys are cheap and can open other rooms and gates in the block. This is quite dangerous and can lead to serious security issues

very comfortable property and well equipped. very large for a holiday let
property is quite a long way from central Cambridge
had trouble with getting responses to communication and checking in although staff were very helpful in person

The place has everything you need. Big, walls seem newly decorated .
On arrival, a lady was at the property and showed me
Larch Mews # 2 The priority was very dirty and smelled. i told her that is not what i had booked and pointed out to her how dirty the place is.
She rang someone and after their conversation showed me two other rooms which were equally unsatisfactory.
I decided to stay because, at that point, i didn't have a suitable alternative. The place was so hot there was a fan downstairs it was so dirty that i could not use it. The fan in the shower was even more filthy. Stain on the carpet dead bugs on the floor after closing the window at night's there was no form of ventilation.I don't sleep it was just so uncomfortable. The place had dust everywhere. Even in the lamp shades, one could see spider web. Honestly, it was my worst experience.

This brand new apartment was lovely and modern. There were lots of little touches that were appreciated such as fresh bread, butter, milk and juice in the fridge, coffee machine and coffee pods, soap, shampoo etc. The towels were thick and gorgeous and the bed was very comfy. There was parking out the front and a supermarket literally across the road which meant we could get supplies to eat in for dinner.
Nothing!

We enjoyed the breakfast and had the most wonderful stay! Would thoroughly recommend. We walked in to town, the space was the perfect size for us and we enjoyed the special surprise we got for our anniversary. Thank you so much!
We would have loved a toaster for the complimentary bread.

the shower was god awful could do with getting a power shower in there. I’m talking it dribbled out. but the apartment other than that is class.

Great apartment, nothing to complain
Clean and new, but a little sterile. Which is a matter of taste, of course!

This flat was outstanding. Not only was the flat itself in excellent (brand-new) condition, but there were a lot of thoughtful touches that made it a great place to stay. All essentials were there (milk, bread, butter, jam), all the right equipment, including excellent wifi. Really excellent place to stay for a few days while in Cambridge for work.
Nothing at all.

The place is clean. Communicate with staff is straightforward and they are responsive. Feel very supported when staying here for a short term.
4.5
Modern, clean, good bed. Breakfast pack. Outdoor space, coffee machine.
Very hot upstairs. Couldn’t open windows overnight as the bedroom fronted the main road so too noisy. I would still stay here would just have to use the fan supplied at night.

Everything is thought about in detail.
Perfect location. It is just 10 minutes away from the downtown area.
Bus stop and a shop are next door.
Noiseless, perfect for relax. Tv in the bedroom is a plus.
Wireless works perfect. Fully equipped kitchen and supplies. Washing machine with a dryer and supplies. Furniture is very comfortable.
The man who gave us the keys was very friendly and helpful. He answered to all our questions in details. There were welcome snacks, juice, milk, coffee, tea etc.
Free parking onside. Leaving the key is perfectly organised.
Unfortunately, we had some really warm days. The windows cannot be opened wide. The two large fans failed to cool the rooms.
In a welcome email, the host promotes a punting tour. When I emailed a request, we were told that the seats were full.
4.4
Great process, spotless and brand new.
Much too warm because of the orientation / sun exposure
