Worst check inn experience ever

Good value for money, right on the beach

I have visited 72 countries and this is by far the worst check in for a hotel I have ever done, took us 4 attempts to just get a room key, seriously needs looking at

Animations (des année 80) encore et encore c'est partout presque dans tous les hôtels la même chose 😔😔😔 Les enfants et les bébés (j'aurais préféré qu'il devient un hôtel only adult vu l'infrastructure) c'est pas la faute de l'hôtel non plus

A great all inclusive holiday

It was great all inclusive hotel in front of the beach hotel. We were all females and enjoyed our stay overall. We used the spa facilities which were additional charge. A fantastic beach holiday.

It had stains on the net curtains and outside carpet was outdated. This should not put anyone off because we had a great holiday for a fraction of the cost.

great beachside location, large comfortable rooms, very good food in the restaurant

The staff were totally overwhelmed by the vast number of arrivals on the Saturday of my stay. The reception was severely understaffed and the behaviour of some other guests trying to check in was outrageous. This could have been mitigated by having enough staff on duty. The restaurant had delicious food but the atmosphere was rather like an overcrowded railway station, with insufficient staff to clear tables piled high with wasted food taken by the guests then left. Children were allowed to run wild around the tables, shout and scream. The toilets in the public areas were disgustingly dirty on the Saturday night. The evening entertainment was extremely loud and not of a great standard, once again with children running wild and becoming hysterical. This was one of the least relaxing hotel stays I have ever experienced

it was pleasurable as all staff went above and beyond especially after that initial mishap

friendly and accomodating staff after an almost rough start where the almost denied us

Cleaning service was bad. Registration employer are bad in behavior except one person. Food with no taste, and they did not allow us to drink water. Who can have dinner with water cup.

Not, what we expected for 5* hotel

We liked location and look from the outside. Food wasn’t outstanding but was okay.

Breakfast was cold and coffee was absolutely disgusting. Towels are very poor quality, room wasn’t clean properly ( hand prints all over ) no safe in the room, no wifi, fridge was warm and not filled as stated on the website. Been told by the reception staff we need to ask! Restaurant staff has a favourite tables and don’t care much about the rest of the guests. Not much positive feedback from our short stay. Neither of the lifts were working at some point so took steps to 4th floor.

Excellent service but a hotel running only half its facilities due to lower tourist numbers.

The hotel itself is modern and very clean. The service was excellent throughout.

It was quiet, and as a result a lot of the facilities were closed...restaurants, swim up bar etc. Understandable, but it does detract from the experience. The bar hours could be extended (12 and then nothing).

The hotel staff are extremely helpful, the hotel is very clean, very well located, food is good and rooms have a great view. Heated indoor pool is very convenient for when the weather is not too hot to be able to swim outside.

Exceptional

The service from start to finish was absolutely amazing and the treatment you get is brilliant. The team were incredible with my daughter too. The waiters were always on the ball mahmood would always have our table ready for us with a high chair.

Charming staff, good atmosphere, good food, good location. We would recommend

The breakfast excellent, all the food very good. The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms spacious, nice large bath. The staff are very good, friendly but don't overstep the mark. Very good chef, well run, pleasant atmosphere amongst staff, which suggests good strong management

The entertainment is very poor. I understand lack of customers, but the entertainment that came, frequently disappeared, and constantly finished early. Later, no entertainment other than someone putting on recorded music. Paying customers, however few, still expect entertainment at a 5 star hotel. Hotel pool, showing large mould patches ,though they were painting it. Carpets, looking discoloured, patchy, lets it down a bit.
