Was a house, so no breakfast. Tea/coffee/sugar provided.
Location brilliant, even had a pub/chip shop in the village
nothing

The house was really comfortable with a great choice of rooms. The facilities were excellent and it was like a home from home.
Would definitely stay again.

A lovely comfortable accommodation. It would have been a nice touch to have a small carton of milk in the fridge for a much needed cup of tea on arrival.
Paul was very helpful giving us the name of a taxi company and responding very quickly to our emails
Traffic noise, especially early in the morning.

Lovely property, would highly recommend it. Cosy in the winter but would be lovely in the summer as it has an outside terrace with a table and chairs. A lovely place to stay with a group of you. We had an issue with our car when we arrived and Paul arranged for our car to be looked at the following morning. Thanks again Paul for your help.

Spacious and comfortable.Easy to find and local pub and shop very nearby.Quiet location.
uite shower
No mirror over basin in the ensuite shower room and a taller member of our party struggled to with the length off the bed due to the wooden foot board.Fortunately we had a spare bedroom with a divan bed.

The Annexe exceeded our expectations and the photos don't do it justice. I booked this for my daughter and her bridal party to stay at. Her wedding was at Priston Mill and this is perfectly placed to stay at before and after the wedding.
So much space and lovely comfy beds.

The pictures I feel dont do this lovely place justice! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and a bunk bed which fitted all 8 of us and 2 babies. We go to longleat nearly every year and usually stay in a hotel but this was much cheaper and will definitely book again if we can! Lovely place, clean, tidy, big rooms, 3 bathrooms, huge dining room, good parking, we had 3 cars so had to park 1 on the road which was easy to park. Host Paul is lovely, welcoming, very helpful, told us about the local area, when one child was a little ill, washed and remade the bed whilst we was out and washed and dried the childs special blanket ready for bedtime! We went to the local pub both nights, brilliant food, friendly staff and friendly locals/regulars who all welcome you in and treat you like a local. The house had info in frames on the wall of everything you needed to know, also recommendations to visit/eat in the local area. Perfect little staycation in a beautiful little village, will definitely recommend to anyone who asks, 5 ⭐️ place.
The only 2 things I thought could be changed was possibly adding a couple of spare pillows into the cupboard where the fan and hairdryer, as I felt I needed another but because all the beds were taken I couldnt borrow from another bed. Also the stairs had stairgate fittings and a stairgate at the top of the stairs that we put on but my 1 year old could just push it and it come undone as it didnt lock.

Location. Nearby facilities ie Recreation Ground was handy for dog, The Star pub was very friendly and welcoming. Very good food.
Attention to detail. The bathroom fan did not work and only one of the 3 light bulbs in there was working. Would have been good to have some knowledge on how to control the heating otherwise all was very good 👍.

the property was massive, very clean and fully stocked with all the extras you could dream of.
I have a very small (light) car, that kept getting stuck in the gravel on the driveway lol. (my apologies for the craters) 😂

What a lovely place and village. Super place to stay, great facilities, large rooms. Perfect for the group of friends

The size of the place was massive, off street parking and well finished
The windows were quite thin, so hearing the traffic on the road was a bit of a shame, but it was the only slight issue. We will definatly be coming back again.

Loved it. Im almost certain it won't be the last time we visit. It's actually a 4 bed and sleeps 8 in permenant beds. 3 bathroom and a gorgeous dining area. With sun set on an evening and off road parking.,
Windows were letting in a bit of road noise yet seemed quite new. But that was literally the only slight niggle in an otherwise floorless cottage. Still 10 out of 10 for me
4.5
Comfortable and spacious.
Nice decor throughout.
Pleasant village.
Lovely bathroom.
No lock on downstairs toilet.
Door into lounge knocks ceiling light every time it is opened/closed.
Having the kitchen open onto the lounge was not ideal; better if the door was onto the hallway and dining room.

Main road was noisy at times.

What an amazing place the Annexe is, the pictures and descriptions don't do it justice
We booked it for our wedding so the bride etc could stay local to the venue, the Annexe is an amazing place to stay, rooms are decorated to high standard and super clean, very comfortable beds with nice bedding and plenty of clean towels, fully equipment kitchen
Highly recommended the Annexe

The owner gave us very clear directions of how to find The Annexe and how to access the lockbox for the keys. The accommodation itself was of a high standard, very clean with plenty of room for our party.

House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms were clean.
House was close to main road so was quite noisy at times, shower in bathroom was hard to regulate.

.
Shower could not be turned down from excessively hot.
Only 6 chairs in dining room for a house that sleeps 8.
More serving dishes needed.

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped with good facilities to accommodate two families including two small children and our puppy.
The location is very quiet and the sun terrace was much appreciated after a very long drive.
We all enjoyed a great and comfortable nights sleep before we continued our journey.
We found the property to be excellent value for money and wont hesitate to revisit on our next road trip.

parking with 2 spaces was great. Ensuite shower plus a 2nd full bathroom was essential. Great to have extra loo downstairs. Large table outside that was in the cool shade in the afternoon. Excellent pub 'The Star' a 5 minute walk away. Confortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Loved the separate dining room. Would be great for a small family get together.
if we had stayed longer would have needed a freezer. The shower in the main bathroom needs looking at as our friends could not adjust the heat which seemed to be stuck on very hot so they had a very short period of time to shower comfortably. Would be a concern with children. Unfortunately due to closeness to the road and being light sleepers the road noise did disturb us a little.

Location...
The place was poorly cleaned! But after speaking to own they told me they used a contractor and had not been checking on them! he assured me he was going to be speaking with them and did follow up with messages to me on what he was doing. He was also refunding me some of my money.
