Bien situé, propre et bien insonorisé

L'appartement est bien situé aux bords des quais, le top pour se déplacer à pied. En bas de la résidence se trouvent le tram et une station de vélos, idéal aussi pour se déplacer. Résidence sécurisée. Chambre propre et spacieuse. Le petit plus, il y a des volets ! moi qui suis réveillée par la lumière du jour, très agréable pour dormir le matin ! La chambre donnait sur les quais mais c'est très bien insonorisé.

Lugar bueno para pasar unos días

Me sorprendió gratamente la limpieza. Tranvía a menos de 1 minuto andando. El transporte en Burdeos es muy intuitivo y enlazas las cuatro líneas. Personal amable. Colchón cómodo las almohadas no tanto. El lugar esta muy bien para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Al estar justo enfrente del Río Garona es muy bonito. Recomiendo sacar el abono de 72 horas si vas a estar 3 días. Y viajas ilimitado en ese tiempo.

Al estar el tranvía tan cerca el ruido de la campana es molesto. También hay un lugar de copas cerca, y desafortunadamente hubo una pelea a las 3 de la madrugada que era imposible dormir. El aire acondicionado imposible de subir la temperatura. Que nos toco pasar un poco de fresquito. Así unos días de fresquera. Y también si pudieran echarle un vistazo al water. Le cuesta mucho evacuar. Que le tienes que dar varias veces hasta que quede limpio. La cocina pequeña pero funcional.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner était incroyable, le confort de la chambre était top, bonne literie, kitchenette bien équipée et douche spacieuse. Appartement bien situé à 10min du vieux Bordeaux.

Soggiorno perfetto

Parcheggio comodo, struttura curata e pulita. Camera ben attrezzata. Noi abbiamo utilizzato anche la cucina e non mancava nulla. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Parking is perfect with with easy access to hotel lift. Only problem is that they just tell you after your arrival and I wasted lot of time looking for a place to unloading my belongings ....

Overall happy with my stay at ResidHome, the only problem was that their internet connection doesn’t allow to work remot

The internet connection is open and not secure so I couldn’t connect remote for work, I had to find a work space in the area to connect to my job, which was an additional charge.

A good comfortable stay 35 mins walk from Central Bordeaux

The room was clean and spacious. It had a great set of amenities across the kitchenette area and a good amount of storage to stay for a few days. Staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful and the general areas seemed to be cleaned often by staff.

The water pressure was quite low in the bathroom which meant that showers were not brilliant. It was a shame to have to pay for parking although convenient that this was under the hotel. The security was good but a little inconvenient that you had to insert a key card to change between floors in the lift.

Great location for my conference and close to the tram and Cit du Vin

The "room" was an apartment with a living room/dining room/kitchen combo, a bedroom and a bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable.

There was no replacement of the coffee or any other maid servvice.

Everything OK, except

The "taxi" that the receptionist ordered charged us more than double the fare and refused card payment or to give a receipt. Leads to the question if said receptionist receives a kickback at the guest's expense. Ruined the stay for us.

it was hot and there’s no air conditioning so I had to keep the windows open which have no screens so the places filled with bugs and I had bites all over my body everyday- and it was still hot even with the windows open.

Great location at edge of centre with easy tram access to city centre

Cite de vin next to hotel was great. Also Bacalan market nearby was great for food and wine in the evening. Hotel is next to tram for easy access into centre.

5 night stay

Very clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom,, comfortable bed and great little kitchenette..Had room to the rear so very quiet. Supermarket just around the corner so no need to spend €24 every morning on breakfast when all we needed was a coffee and croissant. Close to tram, cafes and 20 min walk to town along the river. Friendly and helpful staff

Requested the higher floors on booking in order to avoid potential problems with mosquitos. Was given 2nd floor apartment which did have them in the room, possibly from previous guests opening windows and got badly bitten. Also, room was not cleaned, towels or sheets changed during our 5 night stay.
