I definitely would stay here again!

Everything. Isabelle was amazing super sweet. The breakfast was wonderful. She was very helpful. Super close to the tram.

Very good

Perfect location a few minutes walk from the train station and the bus to the airport. Extremely friendly and helpful host, very clean rooms, generous breakfast, there is a little space available for guest to make tea, the house is a nice town house Bordeaux style, all in all a very pleasant stay.

Superb

The owner Isabelle, is lovely and warm, the property is very convenient to St Jean Gare which has a wide choice of restaurants within minutes and of course trains, buses and trams covering all of Bordeaux. The breakfast was very good with fresh croissants, pain à chocolat, fresh bread, 3 jams, tea or coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese...very generous and the outlook was a pretty courtyard. Our room was a good size with individual heating / air conditioning control, The bed was comfortable with cosy linen. I'm a tall lad and the 1m x 1m shower was great, the toilet is modest in size, but perfectly adequate.

Superb

Isabelle was a charming hostess and extremely helpful. The location, a few minutes walk from the station, suited us perfectly. She happily let us drop our bags off and leave them there the next day before our return home. Breakfast was of a very high quality including delicious home made jam. It made our Christmas shopping trip a real success.

Comfortable,quiet stay. Hotel is very close to railway station and the tramway into town. The hostess is very welcoming and the breakfasts were excellent

Level of enjoyment may depend on weather and room selection

Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty and good quality. Bedroom was spacious, shower was good and spacious.

Room was quite warm (there was a heatwave after all), some aircon functionality but not very noticeable. The windows opened onto a road that was quite loud. Toilet was a bit cramped.

Very noisy room from the busy road

The bed was comfortable. The room a decent size and very clean Very clean and well equipped bathroom. Good sized shower and worked well. The breakfast was good.

Very noisy room from the traffic all day and night, even with ear plugs…Busy main road into Bordeaux. The air conditioning didn’t work. The back of the toilet door wasn’t cleaned properly. The tea/ coffee station downstairs had no milk. The host opened the door holding a huge dog, I had to stand still and be sniffed. I said can you call the dog off please. The host phoned me 6 times before I checked in at 15.30. I don’t mind if the room isn’t ready.

Would definitely come back!

The lady was very nice and helpful. She gave as upgraded room( it was very big room with a lots of space) and let us to stay until 3pm( because of flight). Great location, easy to find. The train station its very close and its easy to get to airport, city center or another part of France by train. In the room was 2 bottles of water on arrival, breakfast very good and fresh.

I cannot find what we didn't like. No issues.
