The location.
It was way over priced. The front rooms may be better value but not the back.
Water wouldn’t go down the shower waste. Tired. Needing renovation. Not hot water connected on the sink.

We loved that we were able to walk straight onto the beach sit down on a beanbag and just unwind. This is an absolutely stunning location!

Location
The door heavy and always difficult to open and close and had a broken glass. The floor wasn’t stable

The property is on the beach, you cannot get a better spot than this - Amazing!
Also very easy to book a massage and have it on the spot with the sound of the waves THE BEST!
Next door is a beach club, they are happy to deliver cocktails too.
The room and bathroom were super clean. Also daily servicing of the room and kitchen.
Upon arrival Mama Asha greeted us and showed us around. She was very welcoming. A lot of things were included with the villa such as kayak, surf boards, water etc. The lovely owner Bibish also bought some beach toys once she saw that we had little kids.
We couldn’t fault this stay and will definitely be back!
We liked everything

Loved the rustic beach shack look and the location was second to none - beachfront and near heaps of restaurants. Elderly couple sweeped the beach around our Villa.
Power went out twice. Ran out of gas in the cooker day 2 and it was never replaced. Needed toilet paper in morning, not refilled when room cleaned and not until next day(24 hrs later), asked if we could hire goggles and snorkels -charged $60 for old and dirty ones which we didn’t use. On the last night it rained and the roof leaked onto my sons bed. Floor boards coming undone on patio. Towels smelled not nice. Had to walk through large puddles of dirty water with our luggage to get to ferry ride. For over $450 per night service needs to be improved and some maintenance.

The villa was very quite and the location was excellent - right on the beach. They had the best towels we've experienced and the aesthetic of the place was very rustic. Great place to bring the kids.
Our air conditioner wasn't working very well on the first 2 nights of our stay and it was dripping on my bed sometimes on my face. Those first two nights were very hot but then for some reason it started working and then it was almost too cold. When I booked I was under the impression you could use the pool next door which was the case but you had to eat from the restaurant in order to do so.

this was an amazing stay. we had 8 girls away for a mother daughter holiday and we had the best time ever. the rooms were perfect, the location simply sensational. we had a similar holiday in Aus at Daydream Island and this was by far way much better and more enjoyable and value for money.
absolutely nothing- it was all exceptional.

great location, staff could not have been more helpful.
not much shade so it was hard to take advantage of the beach in the afternoon. bathroom was raw cement on floors and walls. Limited hot water.

The bed was very comfortable
The shower was nor really warm. But island life, so no mayor problem.

Nice room in front of the sea and close by a lot of restaurants and shops. very kind and helpful staff: we were helped straight away with all requests
WiFi was not working in the room. we were told the router was broken and it was never repaired until we were there.
the beach just in front of the villa is not cleaned everyday is for other places so it may get a bit more dirty with all the plastics brought from the ocean at nights.

Location was breathtaking. Better than photos show. gorgeous decor, linen and towels. Beautiful helpful staff just amazing tranquility. Beautiful happy children playing on the beach…. the sound of the ocean…. Wi and Santi organised everything for us from motorcycles to massages. Terimakasih x
Nothing not to like.

Great location right on the beach, perfect for relax and chill and very handy for arranging all the island activities and a surfing spot just in front. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. We will definitely come back.
The water pressure in the shower leaves much to be desired. If it is not possible to improve the water pressure, it would be nice to have a flexible hose.

Situated directly on the beach, not far from some beach bars and restaurants is this little oasis. The surf cab to Shipwreck and other spots leaves right outside the door. The accommodation is more Air BnB than hotel, there are only 4-5 rooms, but the extremely friendly staff is always on site and helps with any questions and concerns. The rooms are spacious, have air conditioning and fan, small fridge, large water dispenser and kettle with tea and coffee. Things we have found lacking in many other accommodations after this. Price and location can't be beat.
The floor of the shower is peeling a bit.
There is only one padlock for the door.

We had an enviable position on the beach. Several vacationers who passed by asked us about and admired our place. It was nice to have a patio with a comfy dining area and open air kitchen overlooking the clear turquoise sea. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night.
Providing each bungalow with its own broom would be a nice touch; you can't help but get sand on the floor when you're directly on the beach no matter how diligent you are, and staff can't be there at all hours of the day to clean it up for you. Many times I would have liked to sweep up but had no means to do so.

Place was on the beach and local staff and masseuse were great
They advertise the place as luxury rustic accommodation and charge you extra for two young kids. The place is more 'Rusty' then rustic. Not worth the money you pay for it and upper management only care about you until they have your money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for the price they charged us.

Everything was great. they don’t have decoration outside tho. The room is spacious and nicely decorated.
everything was great 👍

Adi the manager was excellent, we really loved her :) The bed and room is super spacious and comfortable. Probably the best place I’ve stayed on Lembongan so far! The location right on the beach is fantastic. We went during heavy rain season and there were no leaking roofs or anything like this (it’s the little things, hehe.) It is well built, huge bathroom with hot showers (not always a regular thing on the island.) Next door Linda is open during the day for breakfast/lunch, the next over shipwreck is open for the evenings and there’s 2 more places next to that still open (when a lot is closed due to Covid.)
It’s hard to give accurate reviews during covid times as I know this price was reduced around 50% from “normal” times. So while I felt it was value for money now, I think the regular price might be a bit high for this room. I wouldn’t have felt it was great value then with the WiFi not working properly in our room and no facilities to eat/drink (there’s no restaurant or anything like this) and also no common area to relax/work etc.
Overall I loved our stay and Adi who looked after us :) We didn’t want to leave!
I didn’t not like anything. But again, if it were “normal” time prices I might feel it’s a bit overpriced. The room we had didn’t have a front porch area but you can book this for a higher price.
We stayed 9 nights which is rare for hotels at this covid time - after booking the first 5 nights online we tried to negotiate a deal but they wouldn’t budge. I just felt when a place is empty it might be worth to try and do a deal for people supporting/staying longer and recommending to Bali expats to stay.
The WiFi was actually the biggest downfall :( the room we were in it was really bad and unreliable. We tried 2 networks and staff resetting. I was working but struggled with this. Actually the villa WiFi worked better when sitting at the next door restaurant so it must be the placement of the modem.
Very minor issue but upon check in we had 6 towels and a range of coffees for the morning. As the days went on we were down to 2 towels that needed to be changed, no coffee refill and one night our drinking water ran out in the middle of the night when nothing was open anymore to buy. Minor things but just some feedback for improvements.

Great location.
Bed pillows were stained. Shower pressure was not working. Shower had poor pressure to begin with. Room had a musty smell.
