Amazing!

Amazing hotel, staff, spa, grounds, overall experience. Did not realize the hotel had four pools. Considering that I like to walk on vacation, it is a little far from old town and not the easiest walk there due to the infrastructure, but that's easy to overlook with how great the hotel was. Would definitely stay again

4 nights in paradise

La Siesta is heaven. Beautiful rooms, beautiful staff, beautiful facilities. We were so sad to be leaving after 4 nights. Free bicycles for guests came in very handy. Sunny was so helpful when we checked in and showed us around. Amazing selections at breakfast and the omelettes were delicious! All reception staff were extremely helpful, they made phone calls for us to check about flights and when the tailored suits will be dropped off. If I am to return to Hoi An I will not be staying anywhere but at La Siesta.

Fabulous!

Fantastic stay. Excellent staff, very clean, good food. Free bicycles were awesome, and they organized all transportation (to/ from airport and to Marble Mtn for day trip). Would absolutely recommend a stay a La Siesta.

It's a bit far from old town - still walkable and very accessible by bike, but not in the immediate vicinity of the main part of town.

Amazing , lovely staff and beautiful gardens, Temple restaurant food was superb

Staff were so lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel has beautiful gardens, lots of swimming pools. Suite we had was wonderful.

Amazing hotel in walking distance to Hoi an old town

Amazing beds!!!! And staff- great attitude and helpful approach. Wonderful massage at the spa too

The pools got pretty crowded with adults learning to swim - noisy and splashy!

Incredibly helpful staff in a beautiful property with abundance of option and tranquility

Breakfast was great. They have two locations that offer variety and very friendly staff who look after you and clear your plates quickly. Especially loved the pho station and fresh fruit! Sang was also an incredible staff member who made our stay a 15/10. My husband got hurt during our trip and Sang helped us navigate to a hospital and kept in constant contact to ensure we could get translation services when we were panicked. She also kept in touch with me following the trip because our suitcase was damaged during transit to the airport and she got her team in Hanoi (where we are currently) to drop off a brand new suitcase to replace the damaged one. I am blown away with her work ethic and dedication to service that goes above and beyond for guests. She is a superstar and I will be back to La Siesta because of her. Thank you Sang!! I also used the spa and the service was incredible. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. And the spa itself is beautiful. The pools are also beautiful as are the rooms. We stayed in an executive suite overlooking the rice paddy fields and everything was stunning. The balcony was awesome to have a coffee on in the morning and the room was spacious and well equipped. 10/10 stay!

Honestly, we loved it all. I would recommend La Siesta to anyone travelling to Hoi An - there is no better place. It was truly beautiful.

Loved it. 100% would stay again.

Wonderfully deep bath tub, crazy strong water pressure in the shower, beautiful (and shockingly large) property, smart tvs with streaming services available that you can log into, really good breakfast included, great hospitality, even the fresh tea they offer was delicious! And then there's the spa.... amazing, amazing spa!

The only thing I could potentially say against this hotel is that the lighting in the room is a bit dim, even if you turn on all of the lights.

Resort gardens pools and restaurants are amazing! Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was incredible such a huge selection. We didn't want to leave!

Our family room was in roof so windows were short and no view. But it was very quiet! And room was big.

La Siesta would be the first choice if I visit Vietnam again

we love the style of the property and the many swimming pools but most of all it is the outstanding service from its staff that made the biggest difference. All the staff were warm and friendly and 2 of them stood out for their very personable disposition as well as their excellent hospitality and care that made us feel very welcomed. Ms Trang and Mr Long have been outstanding and they are assets of the hotel! In fact my husband remembers Mr Long for his great service from our previous stay at La Siesta in Hanoi.
