La ubicación es muy buena.
No tienen suficiente estacionamiento.

I was asked to check in between the hours of 3 pm to 4 pm. After that time the room could be given to someone else, because of high demand, even though I had a reservation. Then I was told it would be better if I got there at 2 pm to run my credit card, which I did. But I was not allowed to go to the room, because it was not ready.

Staff was wonderful, friendly and kind. Close to the ocean. Nice pool. Air conditioner worked well.
When we checked in price was $4000 pesos MORE (said it was tax). No fridge in room. No coffee pot in room. No safe. Sewer smell from bathroom was strong. Hot water was not consistent.

One street behind the Malecon with partial ocean views. East access to the beach.
Run down hotel. Indifferent staff, often never looked up from their phones or offered a “good morning “. Door s to rooms are glass covered with large opaque decals so admit lots of light and noise. Room was clean but not hallways. Entire hotel flooded in heavy rainstorm with water seeping into the rooms. No apologies or refund offered. So glad to leave and would NOT stay here again.

Buena conexión a Internet.
Mobiliario viejo y descuidado. Decoración de pésimo gusto. Alberca sucia y descuidada.

Clean with cold ac and good fan.

The location was the highlight of my stay
The rooms nor lobby had coffee pot available, no refrigerator or microwave available for an extended stay. The pillows felt like cardboard

Very basic. Feels 1 step up from a hostel

The air conditioning worked great. There is a nice common patio on the second floor with a partial view of the ocean and a palapa covered portion for shade. The shower was good, including the hot water if you waited for it to heat up.
I would have liked a mini refrigerator in the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were hard as a rock.
The check-in process was tedious, but probably because of my poor command of the Spanish language.

Extremely nice personel, reception was both spanish and english speaking. Big, cosy room, comfy bed, good internet, great location, next to the beach and promenade. Really good housekeeping.
Personel won it anyway. We had some issues with our room in the beginning, when we sent a message about it to them, two nice receptionists girls came to our room immidiately to solve the problem and it was solved in the best way we could even expect. Greetings and due to staff, highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfy but pillows were not great. plenty of hot water but it does take a few minutes to reach the shower. just be patient. Loved the location of being close to the Malecon but away from all the busy cruise ship dock and shops. There is an on-site restaurant open for breakfast or evening snacks. recommend you try the chicken wings.
There were several loud guests around pool after midnight and the front desk staff did nothing to try and quieten them down. We shouted and they left but then later high heels on tile floors at all hours kept us awake.

location and staff
the room was noisy because of not identified noise like the AC or pump next to our room , also there was a power cut the second evening which left us without lights . We weren’t offered a partial refund but a courtesy extra night which was not use to us as we were travelling the next day.
