Lovely visit, would book again.

Great location. Clean, comfortable and well laid out room. Surprisingly quiet. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast option(extra) with many little, mostly-Japanese, dishes in a cute display. A bit pricy compared to other options but convenient for our long commute day and a nice treat (must order in advance from reception, set times for seating). Lots of other food options nearby as well. Overall highly recommended.

适合在荣周围玩的游客入住

1.地理位置是比较靠近东山线伏见地铁站（步行约需十余分钟）和荣地区，所以适合在名古屋市玩的游客。如果你是喜欢以名古屋市为据点到周边城市去玩的话，不建议定这家，因为距离JR名古屋站有点距离（步行约需40分钟）。 2.周边的便利店很充足，一条街之后的商店里还有个大超市Pantry,边上的牛兵卫烧肉店就是个很不错的餐厅，还有个可丽饼店，也就是说吃饭在这里根本就不是问题。补充生活品真的是方便至极。 3.床、洗澡都挺舒服的。WIFI也很好。

1.如果在冬天入住的话，要注意房间的通风并不太好。房间里没有空气净化器。窗户尽管可以打开，但是外面就是周边餐厅的排烟通道，会有烟味进入房间，所以其实还是只能靠卫生间的通风扇。好在通风扇比较强。 2.我个人感觉空调在夏天的制冷效果不一定会很好，因为我这次用起来感觉风量偏弱。 3.地毯上有不少上一位住客留下的头发。别的地方倒挺干净的。

栄周辺に出るのは便利です

バイキングのアメニティが豊富な点。ティーバッグも4種類ほどあります。近くに飲食店やコンビニがあるので立地も良い。エアコンでの乾燥が気になったため加湿器をお願いしたら快く貸して頂きました。フロントの方の接客が親切でした。

部屋の浴槽の金具の隙間に黒カビがあったのが残念です。シャワーだけであれば気にならないと思いますが、お湯を張って入浴する場合目に入ります。備え付けのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープはありますが3つとも少し強めのローズの香りです。香りが気になる方は持参されたほうが良いかも。

櫃檯服務人員超親切，房間也乾淨整潔，住宿的地方就有7-11/全家/Lawson/大國藥妝/麥當勞，旁邊就是一蘭拉麵，從地鐵站步行過來約8-10分鐘

location is good, next door is Ichiran ramen restaurant and car parking is nearby.

The room size is just nice fit for 2 person.

いい宿泊でした。

当日電車が遅延してチェックインが遅れてしまったんですけど、お電話させていただいたらきちんと対応していただけたのはすごく良かったです。お部屋も居心地が良くてアメニティが必要以上にないことなどから、環境への配慮も感じられました。

少し部屋が汚い部分があり、特に浴室が少し気になりましたがそれ以外は全く問題なかったです。

Two different kinds of pillow is provided for options. Many restaurants nearby. Shopping place and downtown is in walking distance.

The room is super tiny, if the lagage is opened basically there is no way to go across. Service and facility is not great but acceptable, it is relatively pricing based in what this hotel provide.

The hotel is located in a good location. There is a metro station nearby. Around the whole area there are many restaurants. In the lobby there are various cosmetic items, free tea, coffee and beverage vending machine.

During the night there was a fire alarm which we learned afterwards. The emergency call in the room was exclusively in Japanese. It gave no indication of the number of the lobby. After everyone gathered in the lobby it took some time and the police and fire department arrived. They did not seem to recognize any emergency. During the entire hour we were never informed what the next steps were. No one communicated with the guests. The staff member present seemed a bit overwhelmed and not trained what to do in an emergency. The next day we were informed about the false alarm but only in Japanese. We would have liked that in a hotel at least only small basics of English are available to inform in an emergency. The room was only superficially cleaned. The carpet was very dirty, tooth glasses contained toothpaste residue, the air conditioner was broken. Unfortunately, all in all we were not satisfied with the stay.

Comfortable Solo Stay

For the cost, well worth it for room facilities and size. Location is close to Sakae and has bars/ restaurants just outside. Staff on arrival was super friendly

Fridge can be noisy but can also just turn it off. Very little I didn't like.

The room was so comfortable and there were a lot of amenities. The location was good, in the central area.

Although the location was good, it wasn’t near from the subway station. It was a little complicated to go there with large suitcases.

The location was close by to everything, great restaurants just next door! Laundry could be tracked on the television Staff was excellent :)

Room was not very clean... The air vents should get cleaned out once in a while and there was mold on the shower curtain. The bathtub made a lot of noise when stepping into it or moving around. Although we had 4 pillows, the bed was quite uncomfortable Fridge was loud and so was the AC

Exceptional

This boutique hotel room is as comfortable as a 5-star hotel. Very clean, quiet, and stable & high speed wifi. Hotel is near the Osu District and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. I am pleasantly surprised when I check-in and will choose this hotel chain again.

Pleasant stay, recommended.

Very clean, very comfortable. Have everything I need, i.e. microwave, ice machine, washing machine. Even have a channel on TV telling if the washing machine is in used or not.

A bit far from station. Need about 10 mins to nearest subway/bus.
