The interior design and decoration is good
The room is a bit dark, suggesting to add additional floor lamp or table lamp.
The bathroom is not very clean and have some smell.
Room size is okay for couple or single traveler, room is small which is very common in Japan.
Room sound proof is not very good.
The room rate is different from their official website and reception.

Good location
Tiny room, 14sq m not big enough for a couple to stay comfortably.

駅に近く、清潔な部屋で居心地が良かった
壁が薄いのか、深夜の隣の笑い声が気になった

Staff was very friendly and professional
Cannot control room temperature at each room. I like everything about the hotel except for this but because of this reason, I won’t come here again.

The hotel had a great lobby. Cool design, great picture window sitting area to watch the city go by. Close to the station and so convenient to the underground passages to it that helped on a rainy day. The breakfast was excellent!
The rooms were so small. We couldn't really open our suitcases on the floor and we could barely move around with two of us in the room. Also, the window wouldn't open. It felt stuffy.
5.0
The location is fairly good, it’s directly above an Ichiran, and you can walk from the underground part of Nagoya station to the hotel (although you need to get up some stairs).
The rooms were tiny which was expected, honestly this is what you pay for, but the problem is the heat, it’s end of march currently so you physically cannot turn on the aircon (they only allow aircon during summer months) and it’s stupidly stuffy as our windows also won’t open.
After a shower it felt like a sauna. It’s also not the cleanest room. The lifts were also very slow at times.

Location was good, easy access to Nagoya Station. We walked to Dolphin Arena for Sumo. Staff was helpful, room was clean, and great nightwear.
I think room could have been arranged more efficiently. I stayed in a smaller room in another city, and had enough room to open a large suitcase, which was very hard to do in this room. One morning we thought we would try breakfast downstairs. Went downstairs, and entrance from hotel was locked. Went outside, and entered from street entrance, but didn't seem like anyone was working, even though it was still within breakfast hours. Ended up going to Family Mart.

love the musical style of the hotel and it’s cleanliness. Also, fabulous location, very close to stations, convenience stores and food!
the room wasn’t very comfortable for two people, totally fine if travelling alone but with two large suitcases it becomes difficult to navigate space.

The hotel is close from Nagoya station.
Free Wi-fi is awfully slow. You may use your own internet brought by yourself.
I did not hanged "Do not disturb" sign on the door, but there was no cleaning service during my 3 days.

The room is exactly what you need for a short weekend in Nagoya. My friend and I went for a concert over the weekend and it was just the right distance from everything. Very quiet at night, but still right next door to a lot of nightlife (and Nagoya Station!). It also conveniently has a subway entrance/exit right in front of it which is super convenient and a popular chain ramen restaurant on the basement level. You also get fresh towels everyday.
The beds are very, very small. I understand they were twin sizes but turning around or moving for someone taller than 5’5 gives you a bit of a heart attack since you feel like you’re about to fall. They’re also extremely firm and the pillows are too soft.

Very stylish and fun hotel. Simple check in with lovely staff. Location was just a hop, skip and jump from the station. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Decent amount of space and greag value for money.
Nothing, this was a wonderful stay.

The decor of the room, the lobby and the coffee available were all good.
I felt like the bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, the room was smaller than I expected.

I love the location and vibe of this hotel. I use it every time I visit Nagoya.

The property’s location (very close to the train station)
This hotel does not provide any sort of room cleaning — the hotel’s staff doesn’t even enter the room to empty the bins. This is particularly problematic for longer stays (four days in our case) as trash accumulates rapidly. This is a sharp contrast with other hotels in the surrounding areas where room cleaning happens roughly every two days.
The room was uncomfortably warm. The air conditioning cannot be controlled by guests; a central system handles the temperature for all rooms (regardless of their size or number of occupants). Even worse, the room temperature depends on the calendar date (ie, the time of the year) rather than the outside weather conditions. We had the misfortune to visit this hotel during a particular warm week of January (when rooms are heavily heated) and felt like suffocating. As a final touch, the window doesn’t open by more than a few inches.
The room also had several other defects; it was very dark (virtually no lights), dirty (we found a dirty sock under the bed), and the amenities are very old (eg, the kettle leaked water).

Great location and close to Nagoya station with easy access to everywhere.
Room too small and the bathroom ventilation is not helping.

Locality.
Room was congested

The location is very convenient since it is a few meters aways from Nagoya Station and Uni Mall. Plus an Ichiran branch just beside the hotel. And we really like the hotel's aesthetic style. The staffs are very accommodating as well.
It would have been nice if the hotel provided additional pillows in the room. And if a coin laundry machine is available as well.
8.0
Location was perfect and the reception area was really welcoming.
The rooms didn’t have proper windows.
7.0
Staff are helpful and nice, and at prime location close to Nagoya station.
Wifi connection was a disaster, not recommend for people who need to have stable network and keep connected during their stays. Basically connection was lost every 5 mins, would not be a problem if you just wanted to watch some streaming video, but just not for you if you'd have to stay online for work/ video calls.
5.0
The location was excellent for the train station
There was no breakfast available due to building works from 7am each morning which were also very noisy! The wifi was patchy and the room was extremely dark

Internal construction work made it impossible to sleep. They should have shut the Hotel during this construction period. Not acceptable.

Very close to main station - just 5 min on sidewalk or during rain 5 meters from exit of underground passage.
9.0
The checkin was easy, even thogh I can't speak Japanese.
The bed was really confortable, and the air conditioning was really good to keep the room nice and chill during these hot days.
It's pretty close to the station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area.
The TV on the room is an older model without smart functions, so the only entretaiment options are broadcast TV. I widh I could cast my phone content to the TV to watch Netflix or YouTube.
Also, the WiFi speed is bad, I had to use my mobile internet to have to have a decent video call to my familly.
