Very pleasant.

It is so close to the train station that makes it very convenient if you are just passing by Nagoya. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our one-night stay. There are plenty of restaurants around too.

The rooms were very small, almost couldn’t fit our luggage. The breakfast was included but there was no continental breakfast option which was disappointing for the kids but gave us the opportunity to try a typical Japanese brekkie. The bedrooms do not have windows looking out.

깨끗하고 편한 좋은 숙소입니다.

숙소가 청결하고 밝았습니다. 사진으로는 침대가 작아보여서 더블룸을 1인실로 사용했는데 편안하고 넓었습니다. 욕실도 밝고 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 1층에서 필요물품을 챙겨갈 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 베개까지도 고를 수 있었습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 위치도 역 바로 건너편이어서 편했습니다. 24인치 캐리어를 펼쳐놓을 수는 없었지만 좋은 숙소였습니다. 아주 만족한 숙소였습니다.

호텔을 홍보하는 사진을 다시 찍어야 할 듯 합니다. 사진보다 훨씬 좋은 숙소인데 사진은 그렇게 보이지 않았습니다.

新幹線駅からの近場で便利。

駅から近くて便利でした。迷わずホテルに着けました。バスルームが、思っていたよりも広くまた綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。セルフで頂けるドリップコーヒーに、カフェインレスタイプがあり嬉しかったです。

エアコン吹き出しがちの汚れ。真っ黒でした。スタッフの説明が早口すぎました。

We have a pleasant stay.

This property is very near to Nagoya Shinkansen, check in and out is very efficient and there are washer and dryer within the hotel.

The bedding is rather old.

Very pleasant

Well located directly across from Nagoya Station. Close to all forms of Nagoya Public Transport and handy for places to eat. Nagoya is also a city worth visiting with great parks, gardens and other attractions. On this visit to Japan I visited many gardens and parks to see take in the wonderful flowers and plants on display not just the Sakura but all others. A good walkable city too. Nagoya is another of those cities well worth a visit.

Good stay but to not get the breakfast.

It just just across the JR station. Close to the shopping mall tower. The rooms are clean. Staff is helpful can speak some English.

The breakfast was just a voucher to the next-door commercial place with limited offer. Staying without breakfast and just go out on your own is better choice in my humble opinion.

A bit disappointing, not recommended for long stay

- very close to Nagoya Station, there is underground passage just next to the hotel - amenities and different types of pillows can be picked up at the lobby - various teabags, drip coffee are available in the lobby as well - room was clean - convenient modern bahtroom - air puriffied in the room

- air conditioning - even on the weakest mode it was extremely loud and strong, it was practically impossible to achieve the desired room temperature. In the first room i got it was directed straight towards bed, felt the strong wind on my face whole night. My request to change the room was accepted and the air conditioner was at least not over the bed, but it was similarily loud - the chair has no back support and is low compared to the desk, very incomfortable to sit, and it had big stain on it - the wall of nearby building just outside the window, so there is no view and practically no sunlight, need to turn on lights even during the day - room was very narrow, no place to open suitcase - the duvet had bad smell
