It was amazing. I loved it. If I came back to Nice I’d definitely try my best to stay here!

Amazing location, great balcony view, spacious, massive bathroom and shower. Perfect place

The AC in one of the rooms weren’t working properly. There’s no lift to come all the way upstairs to the top floor where we were staying. Sofa bed was difficult to assemble/open.

Wonderful oasis in the heart of NIce! Beautifully appointed and lovely throughout.

Location was amazing, in the heart of everything, only a couple blocks from the beach and even on the weekend it was quiet for a young family.

An amazing long weekend. Beat expectations.

Amazing location. In the heart of old Nice, right by the fountain in Place Massena. Very close to restaurants, shops, the sea and trams, trains and buses. It was cool being able to get out on to the roof terrace. The shower was good in the apartment.

Would have loved table and chairs on the roof! The sofa wasn’t comfortable, but it didn’t really matter.

location is very good, close to water and in the heart of city.

Check in process was quite nervous, no mesages from owner, no answer on telefon calls. Forgot about us…. The bed clothes was in bad condition, not ironed… no soap in bathroon…

Text time in Nice we will go for something else.

The apparent is nice located, it is spacious and well disposed.

Poor equipped kitchen, no wine opener, no sissier and no cutting board among other things. Not enough sheets for everyone. The sky view is actually nothing you can access. No chairs and no space.

Spacious, modern apartment in a fantastic central location with accommodating host!

The location was fabulous and Sebastien was a great host - super accommodating, friendly, and quick to respond to communications. The apartment was close to major sights, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, and was quite large and modern. We definitely recommend Sebastien's place to others and hope to stay there again ourselves the next time we are in Nice!

Everything was fantastic and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit if it is available! Just be aware that it is a walk-up apartment with no elevator, so if anyone has trouble with stairs then this is probably not the place for you.

Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Nice

The location was perfect and the space was large and well furnished. The room was quiet as it was away from the street noise. The roof top belvedere was a nice touch, giving a good view of Place Massena. Air conditioning worked well. The laundry facilities were a nice touch. The host provided a nice bottle of wine for our arrival. All in all, a good experience.

96 steps up from the street with no elevator will make this tough for older or mobility challenged guests. There was an odour in the bedroom with twin beds, likely coming from the air conditioner. Tiles were missing from the shower floor, causing cleanliness concerns, drains in both shower and sink were very slow. Insufficient toilet paper provided for 4 guests. We had to purchase additional, at the nearby store.
