The host is absolutely incredible. He is so personable and makes the BEST breakfast every day, truly the highlight of our time in Nice. The room had great AC, amenities and it was a beautiful lovely property.
The property is located in the hills which makes it difficult to use public transport and Ubers often get confused finding the place. Make sure you are prepared to use Uber getting places and give each driver instructions.

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, it is up the hill but only 35/40 min from the beach/ town centre. We walked but there is a bus stop very close by as well.
The owner Alberto was very attentive and kind. He even told us about the surroundings and the nice places we could visit. The breakfasts were amazing! Every morning, apart from the generous basket of pastries, we got to taste a specialty from the region.
The cleaning ladies were very kind too.
ALSO the AC was a big plus!!
In all, everything was perfect and made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you for everything!
Honestly everything was perfect.

Very nice place. It's almost on the top of the hill, so I can be a bit problematic to get there, but it's definitely worth trying. And Alberto as a host is very big advantage.
Only one thing maybe: I know it may be hard because of the shower, but it would be good to separate the bathroom from the rest of the apartment we had.

We were really happy with our stay at Castel Enchante! The house is very beautiful, our room was big and nicely decorated and the host was great! Alberto offered us great breakfast every day, with fresh and local produce, and gave us the best tips on what to see or where to park in Nice. The uphill road may be a challenge the first time, but it is sure fun to drive and the view is excellent.
Will surely recommend and come back.

Absolutely everything! This is a gorgeous, authentic B&B… that feels like a French treasure hidden in the hills just above Nice.
Alberto was literally the BEST host I have ever come across. The breakfast is exceptional and could feed you for a full day, and the care himself and his family put in to your stay really shines through. They really go the extra mile, for example on the last day, they gave us full use of the room so that we could make the most of our late flight and head to the beach with the comfort of a shower at the end of the day. Real people, with real hearts and a love for where they live… I honestly could not recommend it more!
Nothing at all! Best booking I’ve ever made.

A lovely little gem in the hills above Nice. Breakfast with a view in a quiet setting. I'm telling everyone I know about this paradise. It's up to you too manage your expectations as it is all there in the description.
You will need to rental car to get around, but if you want the full Cote d Azur experience you should anyway - rent a small one .. The turns are tight.
IMO you can't beat the value, view and vibe of this family guesthouse.
There is some noise transfer between rooms ok n the top floor, but that is to be expected, especially as the only sound that reaches the guesthouse is the odd whine of a scooter on the road below.

The breakfast at the terrace was superb, with fresh croissants, cheese and local specialities. Alberto was a perfect host who helped us with recommendations on where to go for sightseeing and to eat. The room also had a little terrace where we could sit outside and enjoy some delicious French wine.

Is a magical place full of nature and beauty, very clean and cozy. I think we will come back soon to visit more. Nice is bigger that I have exlected so there is plenty of things to do and see again. The food was good, location is wild and stunning and Alberto is a great host. If you want an authentic french experience in a house with big windows, blue swimming pool and great view, this is the place to go.

Castel Enchante is a beautiful place to stay at! It has all you need to spend great holiday in a charming and beautiful environment! The house is located on the hills of Nice but very close to the city centre. It is a family run bed and breakfast with a very hospitable host Alberto:) there is a very nice pool with deckchairs and umbrellas, the outside of the house has an amazing view on the seaside. You can sit outside and enjoy your rosé in a beautiful green environment, surrounded by beautiful plants. The breakfasts are delicious, every day fresh bread and croissants and Alberto always adds some specialty of the region-every day something else to try:) We had a family room, it was very spacious, nicely decorated and cleaned up every day and also had an air conditioning. Alberto was also very helpful with planning our day trips and was always there to answer our questions. His family is very friendly and they have the best dog, Yogi:) our stay was really wonderful!

Alberto is the best host you could ever want very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The breakfasts on the terrace set you up for the day . We didn’t take a car so used the public transport for €15 you can buy a 7day pass for the bus and tram combined . The walk down to the nearest stop takes about 10minutes tops the walk back certainly burns a few calories but is manageable. The 64 bus drops you at Nice ville railway station so easy to get just about everywhere . Thank you Alberto for a lovely stay .

We spent 5 nights at Castel Enchanté. The location outside Nice is perfect if you just want to relax and enjoy your holiday. The owner, Alberto was so nice and gave us tips and recommendations on what to visit in Nice and nearby, and also where are the best beaches along the coast. Each morning you can enjoy a french breakfast on the terrace with a nice view of the little valley in front, and best part...staying in the pool at midnight with a glass of wine (as long as you don't disturb the other guest).
