Not worth it 😔

Bed uncomfortable (you could feel the mattress was covered in plastic, and it was noisy). Breakfast minimal, almost nothing vegan, even fresh fruit (melon, sandia) disappeared after day 1. Entrance door access quirky (fingerprint, which didn't seem to work for most). Booked larger room but given standard single.

I appreciate the affordable price but I don’t think I would stay again.

Excellent location in Cadiz. Easy to access. Terrace has a nice view And available at all times. Very clean and well maintained

Rooms were very small with a very small window overlooking a transom space so no good ventilation. Fan absolutely required to sleep at night.

Central location

Staff that does not speak English, not well cleaned and they want their tenants to leave a cash deposit of 10€ for a little fan, while it seems to be an air condition in the room but they don’t put in on function. The room was extremely warm and there is literally no sounds protection of the other rooms and the corridor. The breakfast was 0/10, just a bad bread with cheese and ham and some basic cereals and warm filter coffee of bad quality. Lastly, they require the tenants to leave their fingerprint for the entrance which they say it is erased after the check-out but seems very strange.

Disappointing experience

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was horrible. The water pressure was nonexistent in the shower. We had to pour water from bottles in order to shower. The beds were very uncomfortable.

lovely central place to stay - excellent for price - simple and clean

excellent property and very helpful staff. no air con or fans in rooms - so in august quite hot at night but for what we needed - very simple and enjoyable stay

Great budget one night stay in a beautiful place.

great central location for exploring the amazing port town

in the middle of the heatwave when we visited and there was little ventilation in the rooms, no air con and additional charges for a fan. However staff were great, the hotel is clean and it was a safe and secure room for the night.

Very Friendly staff

No aircon in our room and no fan. It was unbearably hot, no breeze with the window open. Fans need to be available in the summer months. The breakfast was not great- the 2 cereal options were full of sugar as was the yoghurt. Some natural yoghurt and cereals with no added sugar are needed. The beds have plastic mattress covers which makes sleeping even hotter and they are not comfy as a result.

Do not go there!

Good location.

No airconditioner! (Outside temperature was +36 ). Very unfriendly staff. I felt like a teenager, who had some very tough restrictions.

Cheap and convenient with lovely staff.

Lovely staff and great location! The breakfast was really handy as well.

The room was basic but ok- as you would expect for student accommodation. However I was there in late July and there was no air conditioning at night. This made it really hot and hard to sleep. Had to borrow a fan from reception to make it even passable.

This was very basic as can be expected for the price. it should be emphasised that this is student accommodation.

Very close to train and bus station and places of interest. Breakfast was included and could be taken up to the terrace on the roof. Very friendly and helpful staff. Coin operated washing machine available and good drying on rooftop.

The accommodation is very well located, right in the center of the city, a few meters from the main points of interest. The employees are very friendly and helpful. A very familiar environment. The room is very simple but didn't need more. Clean and in good condition.

The air conditioning system was completely random. There were periods when the air conditioning was working but most of the time it was off and during those times it was very hot (these were especially hot days).

Cheap great stay in the middle of Cadiz old town

This Residencia totally exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, staff at the entrance was extremely friendly and helpful, beds were comfy and a good lunch is included. We were hesitant when we booked since it is an students building, but everything was great! Also location is perfect, in the middle of Cadiz old town

This place is one big disappointment. Rooms are very small and hot. Beds are very uncomfortable and a lot of noise from outside. Also breakfast was relly insufficient. We had a booking for two nights but we decided to leave after one night.

Great value stay.

As a last minute find on booking.com when the city of Cadiz was super expensive this worked fine. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a room on a higher level and not facing the square. Excellent location on a lovely park. Great for budget minded traveler. Comfy bed and cotton sheets a big plus. Super nice staff. Very covid clean.

I did not notice that the room did not have air-conditioning. Probably not a typical problem, but a heat wave set in. They did have a fan for free to borrow.
