Very relaxing and fun

The uninterrupted view of the ocean was stunning, the easy access to restaurants, shops and the beach was very convenient.

Great location, rooms were well furnished and clean, nice furnishings on the balcony

The room was clean and had good views.

We asked for an early check in as we had an event which if they had no intention of trying to do we wish they could have just said. We ended up not being able to check in until 2:40pm as the cleaner hadn’t dropped the key back (another issue with not having keys at reception), there was then someone in our car park so that took some time to sort. The staff were apologetic but would have been nice if they offered some money back. They made sure the cleaners were at our door right on 10am no extra time given for them being late for us to check in.

OK if you don't want sun

Check-in

I wish our actual room could have been specified as we were in Tower 2 (would have preferred Tower 1) and had zero sun whatsoever. We did request to move and they tried but it didn't work out so we left early and paid ourselves to go to a new apartment block.

Wonderful apartments- amazing location

The view, location (many restaurants so close) and the apartment are all awesome

We booked 2 apartments and the A/C was zoned and a bit tricky to work in one of the apartments. As this apartment got full sun in the morning until about 11am, and we had 4 ladies getting hair and makeup done for a wedding that afternoon, the a/c struggles to cool the apartment. In hindsight, we should have bumped the a/c to the lowest setting first thing in the morning.

We will be back!

Everything was perfect from the minute I made the booking. Staff were super helpful prior to the booking and with instructions on keys, etc. Location is the best on the Gold Coast. Close to everything and the light rail which is excellent. Didn't want to sleep as there was so much to do and the views were exceptional. Absolutely loved every bit of it.

Spent some time thinking about this... absolutely nothing.

Location is very central to everything we needed.

Location

The amount of paperwork I had to fill in and return was a lot. Have stayed in any places and never had to fill out the amount of paperwork they requested. Having to pick and drop the keys back to a different location from the property, trying to find parking to do so. Also, they called me about 4 hours before check as they wanted me to sign a receipt! We were driving from Sydney and phone reception is patchy, I’m sure this could have been arranged prior to the check in day. The car park is a nightmare to find your parking spot and very little information given.

Great location and facilities

As a family of four kitchen needs to be fitted out with enough pots and pans and bowls to cook with. Unfortunately pots not large enough to do pasta or bowls to eat it in. We choose rooms so we can cook meals and not have to eat out all the time.

Very happy, but with a few fix ups, see above, could have been excellent.

We needed to be close by for work, so the location was great. The beach was close for walking and there were plenty of options for restaurants, bars, and shops.

It would be easier to get the keys onsite as we didn't have a car. The TV in the second bedroom is not tuned, so unwatchable. The sliding door to the second bedroom was off the roller, so unusable.

It was enjoyable, however, could have been better for the amount of money that it costs.

Great location. Clean. Facilities were good.

Some of the beds were quite uncomfortable & some of the top quality appliances in the room were not allowed to be used by guests.Also, I expected 1 car spot to be available free of charge within the complex, however, I was told I had to pay extra per new get to park there.

Location was amazing, additional facilities such as pool, spa, sauna + gym were amazing too, did not know we had access to these prior to arrival

Confusing communication between Peppers reception and ourselves. They were not 100% about us leaving bags at reception etc as we were not staying “with them”. Seemed slightly off we had booked through someone else and not them directly.

Luxury living sub-penthouse lives up to name.

The location is perfect and the apartment is very comfortable. Well appointed and very spacious with outstanding hinterland views and some sea views too. Definitely stay here again.

A luxurious apartment we could afford and enjoy.

the apartment was spacious and modern for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. The main bathroom has spectacular views of the ocean. The services available in the complex are fantastic, we enjoyed a teppanjaki bbq facility with friends one night and played pooled in the guest suite another.

the location, the view & the space of the unit.

laundry door was hard to open and close, needs so repair. the lifts were out of order most of the days of the week so made for some congestion and long waits.

no cupboards in the second bedroom.. needed to live out of a suitcase! toilet in the only bathroom was very close to second bedroom…dishwasher didn’t dry the dishes, needed finish installed. ironing board was broken so couldn’t iron clothes

Great apartment in good location

Great location close to restaurants etc but not too close so a bit quieter. Good insulation of any street noise. Nice pool, lovely zen garden with good bbq facilities and places to sit. Good contact from office both before arrival and courtesy call before we left. Apartment clean bed comfortable.

GC Not so Luxury accomodation.

pretty much nothing.

The property is pretty much a one bedroom, but they advertised as two bedrooms. The pictures in Bookings.com was nothing like the room. We have stayed in many two bedrooms apartments down the GC, and this is pretty much the worst. we went as two groups and one group had to stay in the smaller room with poor air conditioning. our second group pretty much had a terrible weekend. The shared bathroom had a big glass window to the master bedroom, and made guests feel uncomfortable using the bathroom or showers. Key collection was also in a terrible location for pickup. The staff in my opinion reacted quite slow. I had someone reached out from this place, and I agreed to change a few wordings but I'm quite firm on my opinion, so therefore the score won't change, and will never be booking this place again.

I was amazing the only thing that had a minor fault was the shower door wouldn’t close properly so a tiny bit of water would get out but besides that the apartment was amazing
