Great place with amazing location.

Great location, parking space, everything was clean and had all you needed. Easy communication with property owners. Would be happy to stay here again.

There is only one thing I would change and that would be the coffee machine. I love waking up with coffee and the machine is not very practical and was not working very well. But that’s just a detail.

Superb

The apartment had everything what we needed. The location was excellent: the beach really was like 50meters away and we walked 10 minutes to the old town. The apartment was quiet, ac was a lifesaver! We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was lovely and did answer almost immediately if we had something to ask for.

There was only one big white blanket, maybe there could be two for two sleepers? The shower was good and powerfull but the floor wasnt so clean :/

Excellent location, space, clean, tidy, everything was straight forward

I have only good things to say about this place. I was a solo traveler, so it was perfect. Could easily been perfect for a couple. I needed parking and it was easy.

I have no negative comments about this place at all. I was very pleased.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

Really nice, clean apartment with everything we needed. Location was excellent. 2 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to the bus station, train station, port and old town. Communication with Ivana was excellent. Check was easy and she showed us everything we needed to know. We will definitely book again should we return to Split.

Exceptional

Ivana, our hostess, was very welcoming and accommodating. She met us,late in the evening, and told us about all the local facilities. The accommodation was only two minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes from the old town. Brilliant location, I highly recommend it. Thank you, Ivana, for a wonderful experience in Dzapo.

The accommodation is five star-thanks to Ivana- very comfortable apartment, with lots of homely touches. super clean in a great location.

Excellent studio apartment near the beach

Very clean, comfortable and close to both the beach and old town. The airconditioning was good for the size of the room. It was on the ground floor so no need to haul bags up stairs. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 min to the old town for shopping and sightseeing.

The kitchen was compact and had everything we needed except an oven. Could use more dishes and cups to maximize the capacity of the dishwasher.

Great location and had everything we needed

The location was amazing. Seriously 1 minute walk to the beach, and 10 minute walk to the city center. The apartment had everything we needed, several towels, dishwasher, a washer, nice toilet and shower, a kitchen with a stove and a comfy bed!

Nothing to complain about, the only thing that we missed was a nice view from the terrace, but that’s just details.

Very nice service and good communication. Big studio with all of the appliances (including soap/detergent, etc., needed for use).

*not the fault of the property - just a helpful tip* but the beach right next to it is not so nice (dirty because of the clubs and parties next to it). Luckily you can walk a bit further down to some nicer stops.

It has everything

Facilities were great and very good value for money

It was a quiet being a woman alone, The walk to the town - via the bus station didn’t feel very safe and I got harassed by an man when walking to town (in the middle of the day). Walking back at night alone wasn’t really an option after that. It might just be the time of year, or bad luck. The place is right next to one of the best hotels but for me the toad to the town, even though only 15 min, unfortunately caused some problems.

The apartmant was well located in Bacvice neighborhood, very close to the beach and maybe 10 minutes walk to the old city centre or Riva. Everything was very clean and in good shape. Our host Ivana was very hospitable and gave us all the necesary informations about the apartment and the Split itself.

Good stay ,don't take it because of the beach

It was very clean and walking distance to the old town Loved the bathroom .

The nearby beach is not great,we took this place assuming the beach will be good but it wasn't worth it . The wifi wasn't great . The area to park car is little tricky and the backyard looks really sad,but the main entrance of the apartment is nicely done
