Beautiful room setup and very comfortable bed. Great ammenities and gorgeous bathroom.
Lovely pool placed centrally
Was hard for local driver to find location.
With a semi open bathroom, everyone can hear you go to the toilet.
Neighbours Dogs bark all through the night and the roosters go off all hours of the day & night so couldn’t sleep properly at all.

The staff very friendly & easy to find the place.
Tv doesnt working , staff saud its broken. The spotlight doesn't work also, I don't know if the light is off or what. The wooden floor is very slippery, whether it's really the type of wood like that or it's been treated to make it slippery.
The choice of breakfast is very little and also too late from 9 - 11

Island style little and cosy bungalows. Mosquito net on a bed is very handy.
Bathroom is a bit uncomfortable in concern of space management - in our bungalow there was no mirror in the bathroom and it’s unhandy for men who need to shave. Also no place to put toothbrushes and soap.

the rooms were so cute and it had a very homey feel! The staff were so accommodating and extremely helpful!! really enjoyed
it is a little bit in the middle of nowhere but taxis are cheap in nusa penida so it wasn’t too much of a hassle

Nothing. I booked 3 rooms and had to cancel the booking. If you do decide to book, take the bungalows, they are prettier and more spacious
The rooms with double beds were incredibly small, you could not fit 2 pieces of luggage. The water was stopped when we arrived, and they said they will fix it. The cleaning products used were very strong and toxic, in such an incredible small space. It is placed in the middle of nowhere, on a steep hill, and there is no gojek or grab around, so you either rent scooter or take a taxi everywhere. And the pictures are different than the reality!!!

We had the family room upstairs, perfect for the three of us. A balcony with pool view and another on the other side with sea view and Mt Agung. The layout is strange and the bathroom is very rudimentary but does the job. The hotel manager was super helpful, went to pick us up, got us scooters very quickly, even went to buy water for us one night. Lovely.
The place is a little off the main coastal road which means a lot less traffic noise. Still, there is some but I am not sure it can be avoided anywhere on the island.
The pool is lovely, the cottage very cute, there is something very cosy about it.
We went to dive with Octopus dive from there, who are 4min away on the scooter, and had breaky every day at Penida Secrest, amazing cafe, 3min away on the scooter. Great location in that regard.
Shower pressure and very dark bathroom. But again, it does the job.

Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and everything worked well in the bathroom.
Gadi (hope that spelling was correct) was amazing giving the three of us a lift on his motorbike (one at a time) to a great local Restaurant (Pendina Colada) and then picking up after we had finished eating.
Sleeping to the sound of palm leaves rustling against the sides of the native wooden walls rather than traffic noise and having breakfast watching the chickens and pig across the road rummage through the property looking for their breakfast and the neighbouring farmers going about their early morning chores.
The breakfast was fairly basic and the tea and coffee so so.
The hotel is located at the top of a fairly steep hill so walking back from restaurants etc is not that easy. Would not be a problem if you had your own transport.

Nothing! Here's why:
This is so far the worst accommodation we had. The staff is completely lost and doesn't speak English, so they can't help you with anything unless you use Google Translate.
We took two rooms (one for 3 and one for 2 people). One room was completely dirty. The staff told us that it's ready and then flushed the toilet, cleaned something, and took the trash in front of us. We were fine with that, but then we realized that one bed was full of dead bugs, there were roundworms and other things (who knows what) in the shower, etc. We asked to be transferred to another clean room. The owner then told us the price difference for the transfer, which we refused to pay as it's not our fault that the room is dirty. Then he said we can get the same one for free (thanks for mentioning that right away). We didn't want a "better room", but CLEAN room.
The other room was the same. The staff only sprayed it, so it had that "clean" smell, and that's it. So we had to teach staff how to clean it, what they need to clean and explain that this has to be done after and before every guest (we were the only guests there, and it seems that not many people visit it. So even though they might clean it after some guests, if no one is in for 2 months, it has to be cleaned again. Otherwise, you have dead animals inside as we did.) The staff seemed quite surprised on all the tips about cleaning that we had like it's the first time doing it (for example they just water the shower, not brush it, so hairs and other things stay inside. They said they changed the sheets, but dead bugs were there, so that's not true, and so on).
Also, the room includes free breakfast, which was never mentioned to us when we arrived. When we asked the owner, he said that we should have known that and ask ourselves. When I told him that we are always told and asked about the breakfast in case we have it included in the price, he said that the menu was there (it wasn't), that the staff said we weren't there at all in the morning (again, not true. I hurt my ankle, so 2 mornings out of 3, the two of us were there. The staff probably didn't know that so they had sex and we had to listen to it – one room was right next to the reception room, so everything was heard, but again, the owner accused us that we're lying.)
Next thing, we asked to stay one hour longer the last day. We called the owner, and he said it's fine. Then minutes later wrote to us that we have to pay that, but if we leave a good review, we can stay for free (so I guess that's how they get better reviews here :D ).
Another few things to mention – one room didn't have hot water at all. As we came into separate groups, one group got a welcome drink, and one didn't. We arranged transport with them, and the first group waited for almost an hour because no one showed up. After many calls and messages, they said the driver had an accident (thanks for letting us know, again). Rooms upstairs feel like they will fall apart. Some parts are already a bit sketchy, and it just seems a matter of time when someone will fall through it. The sink in the bathroom is amazing – once you open it, the water hits your chest or goes on the floor (you have to see that video, it's hilarious :D). The whole place is made so cheaply to earn fast money, I guess. (holes in the parts for the sink, the door painting on the floor, etc.)
Conclusion – Avoid this place completely. It's not worth that money.
