Very Clean Apartment , good view near amenities Staff Mr Clarence is very helpful and with good PR Skill with guests .He was the Bonus this trip for and he is definitely worth the mention

Exceptional, kid's loved it, supper supportive staff with all amenities and prime location.

Having planned a long stay in Nuwraeliya for 4 nights, I and my family couldn't have expected better! Note mentioning that the Owner (Chandana)was super supportive to all our requests and was very quick to respond/coordinate. Caretaker Tino was super supportive and was very quick to check on us at any time of the day. The place was just a few hundred meters away from the Main road and everything was within hand's reach. The kitchen was well equipped and met all our expectations let it be a quick breakfast or a light dinner. We did not cook lunch as there were so many restaurants in the town itself. office staff helped us find restaurants which offered great food. The view from the balcony was superb and having a coffee in the morning sitting there was so great. I also wanted to do some work from home and the owner made sure the wifi connection was working properly. Room heaters were provided as well. The TV had enough channels to keep us from getting bored. overall, the service and the facility itself exceeded out expectations and I can say surely offered greater value for money.

Comfortabel appartement voor gezin v 4. Fijne bedden. Behulpzame verhuurders.

Veel lichtval in grote slaapkamer, lastig voor slapen met kind. Maar dat kan opgelost worden

A good value for the price.

This property is located just 5 minutes away (by walk) from the main city and it is really convenient for tourists. Ample parking space and the place seems very safe.

It took very long for checking in and no wifi was available with a working internet connection. Hot water didn't function in one bathroom but it worked in the other.

Comfortable but Service can be improved greatly. Location fantastic and good for families.

Location /Kitchen Facilities/Bathroom Cleanliness/View/Close to Town

My wardrobe in one room was locked and used for storage which wasn't correct as a room facility rented needs to be for guest use. The offer to empty half and share storage wasn't acceptable. The contact in the building for guests didn't always answer his mobile for emergencies or requests.

Simply everything about it! The property was in excellent condition and all necessary items were provided. Tino, the caretaker was amazing and he was always there to assist us. It was a splendid stay

Amazing stay 😍

Apartment was amazing. It's a good place if you want a quiet quality time on your own. Equipments were available in the kitchen for your stay. Walking distance to the Grand roundabout and Victoria park. Location was good with the city view. Not a busy area. Overall a fabulous stay !

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was just as we expected, clean, comfortable and very pleasant. Very comfortable beds. Everything you need is there in the kitchen. Confortable dining and sitting area. Beautiful views from the balcony specifically the glorious sun rise.

Microwave power lead was not long enough for the power point.

We had a very comfortable and memorable stay here. Beautiful view with easy access to city. we hope to visit again

Exceptional in the centre of the city

Nothing. Cooking utensils should be washed.

All the facilities was there as mentioned. The kitchen was fully equipped. Rooms and furniture were clean. Friendly Staff. Located in the centre of the city. WiFi was good. Free Car parking.
