Superb

The cleanliness, the location. Room is nice.

The room and the hotel doesn't have heating system/heaters by default. They provided the heater by request for additional charge, but the heater quality was pretty poor and I had to use my own socket adapter.

Hill side location with good view

Breakfast is served in the room upon request (This is the better option). Choice of Sri Lankan or Western menu, slight change on daily basis. Located in a quiet neighbourhood among a few other hotels.

Some amenities have wear and tear, owners need to take note and replace them on time. Towels have seen better days, although clean.

Location, view, quietness, easy access to the hotel, close to Nuwara Eliya Lake, the town center, restaurants and cafes. The hotel manager was a helpful and kind man, he was keen to provide the best possible services to the guests.

Breakfast, the noise from the guests in the rest of hotel rooms, the unprofessionalism of service staff in providing services, calling the guest in the room late at night to ask about type of breakfast he wants to have next day, the surprise is that you do not find anything ready of what you requested, the laundry service is bad and expensive, washing is done with water only without useing any detergents, some clothes are returned dirty.

Heaven Seven was even better than we expected. The atmosphere, service, food & everything were great here. Overall, as a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel & thank u Heaven Seven for the unforgettable memories.

Good beds. Clean shower. Nice hotel architecture.

Service at breakfast slightly confused. During breakfast they disturb the clinking of cutlery, which they wash and dry in the same room as breakfast. Choose a room with a balcony only, rooms without a balcony have high windows with an unpleasant view.

Amazing stay, worth the price

The hotel is pretty amazing. Such a beautiful hotel with an a great view. Staff is very friendly and they are very kind to accommodate our visit with professional way. Rooms are very spacious, clean and bed are amazingly comfortable. We had a great night there. We got the western breakfast but they could improve on the menu a little bit. Food was fantastic but they could improve on the quality of the food. scrambled eggs were bit watery and they only provided eggs, 2 sausages, fried tomato and fresh slice of bread. They could add a toasted slice of bread with the scrambled eggs and add bacon as well. They acted immediately for our request which was great. So I dont put this as a complaint, just a suggestion for a better experience. We will definitely stay with this place again. This place is worth your price :)

Exceptional Experience!

The Stay at Heaven Seven recently was an amazing experience. The staff was very accommodating and always willing to help with whatever needed. The facilities were also top-notch, from the comfortable bed to food. Overall, it was one of the best stays ever had and would highly recommend Heaven Seven to anyone looking for a great holiday! 😍

Not Again

It was one of the worst experiences we ever had in Sri Lanka compared to a 3-star hotel. Photos are not similar to what we saw on booking.com and the staff was the most awkward one we have ever experienced. We were forced to attend New Year's party, which was only men and staff came to know our door 3 times to ask us to go downstairs. After saying no, we wanted to stay in the room; he called us by phone with the same request. We were two women and did not feel safe at all. We will never go back to this property!

Excellent stay with wonderful food

It was an excellent service and wonderful food that make our stay more than comfortable, staff provided us all the comfort requested with excellent room service and it is highly recommended for family stay specially in the Junior suite.

Very poor

The Breakfast

The hotel is on a steet and next to the hotel is construction going on, and there was a dog next to the hotel barking most of the time and disturbed us. The first night was a disaster due to noise form guests on the floor above us, their kids were making the hotel like a play yard and you hear running footsteps noise. The smell of the room and bathroom was like rotten wood. Ants had invaded the room, anything left on the table or floor was covered by ants. My 4 years old girl has been bitten by Mosquitoes all over her face.

Ok for a quick escape

Lovely basic breakfast serves the purpose. Location is good. hotel Assistant Manager is always on the go & cheerful and ready to help with any concerns faced.

At the neighbor a very Loud music and dogs barking over night till a very late time especially with no ACs very easy to hear the noise out. But doesn’t seem a big problem for me.
