Many stairs, quirky little place in super location but rental standards lower than pictures suggest.

The location was superb, and the double bed was large and comfortable. Had a quirky charm. Very easy upon arrival.

71 steps up to the apartment, not mentioned. So imagine the delight of turning up with a family member who has MS and needs a walking stick. Could never have booked had we known. Only 1 mirror above bathroom sink in entire apartment. Not rental clean, felt more like a friend had let us crash, and they only had time to clean the things they saw. Very noisy floors up on the mezzanines and very little privacy and would not recommend for small children. Twin beds need tightening as metal frames are loose and close to falling so very noisy. Would prefer clothes storage up in the bedrooms, as there is plenty of room, and not down in kitchen and lounge.

Super emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence à pied

L'emplacement proximité hypercentre et commerce à coté La literie excellente L'appartement est très calme on entend pas les bruits de la rue.

L'immeuble ancien est un peu sonore, on entend les voisins rentrer.

O apartamento é muito bom, bem localizado e limpo. Tinha tudo o que necessitavámos para uma estadia tranquila. Recomendo.

A parte mais difícil são as escadas para acessar o apartamento. Mas, nada tão difícil, pois tínhamos malas pequenas.

Fantastic Apartment by a great host.

Cleanness , location , well equipped kitchen, huge bedrooms. Location was amazing just right by the Duomo, 10 minutes walk by all famous museums , River ride, … the host was supper kind , they welcomed us by complimentary bottle of wine.

Stairs :( we were on 4th floor and had to pull up our luggages but it was a one time thing so we didn’t mind.

Great location, modern & comfortable apartment, attentive and helpful host.

Location, apartment was modern and organized well, air conditioning and nice and attentive host Francesca. Check-in and check-out were also easy.

That we were not told about the dishwasher not working and that the new one had to be installed while we were there. That caused one full plus day of a very bad smell in the apartment. Like sewage. In reporting it, we were given a deodorizing spray, which helped but did not remove the smell. We sprayed it constantly. I am surprised that no discount or true apology for the inconvenience for a day was applied. Attention for those that have tall members in their families, ceilings are low in the bedrooms.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The location was fabulous. The directions for everything a person may need were in a book which was helpful.

We were in March and it was very cold, with children I do not recommend staying here until the warm weather sets in. The room was very high and there was no lift And the room was not cleaned which is strange for the price of this room.

Amazing!

Location was perfect it couldn’t be better. Apartment was super clean and the welcome pack was professional and informative. Very, very impressed.

The lcoation was great! In a perfect spot from everything. I liked the home itself it was shper spacious.

Disappointing

- location close to many popular places - the decoration and design of the apartment is very nice - great views through big windows

- NO ELEVATOR/LIFT, 3rd floor all steps up and down with heavy bags - Electricity shut down when we used the iron - bathroom is very small, living room sofa is uncomfortable and tilted down

Overall happy with this experience and recommend for anyone staying in Florence

The location is unbeatable. The key hand off was very smooth and instructions for everything in the apartment were clear. Host had quick communication. Apartment is clean and spacious. It was just my fiance and me so it was nice to have a whole apartment for a weekend in Florence, easy to get from place to place via e-scooters and bikes. Also the washer was a big time bonus. FYI - my recommendation for Florence is to book as far ahead of time as possible because for whatever reason it's really high demand so we got lucky to find this one when it popped up.

Great location, clean apartment. We enjoyed our stay

The apartment is clean and spacious. The kitchen has coffee machine, kettle, pots and pans and pretty much anything you'd need to cook for yourself. We had a great stay. The bulb in the balcony was burned out and the host replaced it immediately for us. Very responsive

Fantastic Location in the Heart of Florence

Brilliant location. Literally steps from the Duomo, meaning it was easy to get up early before the crowds and see Florence more easily. About 7 minutes walk to Palazzo Vecchia and Uffizi. Everything within way reach. The apartment is very comfortable, plenty of space for a family of 4 (two older teenage boys). A/C was much appreciated in the high summer temperatures. Francesca was very welcoming.

Over all a horrible experience in this property.

The Location of the apartment was great.

The service was terrible. The apartment was hot-very hot in the summer and the air conditioning did not work properly enough to cool the apartment. We could not sleep at night. It was unbearable. 2 fans were placed in the apartment, which suggest that the host is well aware of the issue, but hot air circulating doesn't cool anything. The host never revealed that we have to climb 8 flights to get to the room and having luggage and suitcase for a family of 5 was not an easy climb to get to the apartment. They charged us too much for the city tax even though a copy of our passports was emailed to them. The shower did not drain well. There were no paper towels. The picture of the apartment shows a balcony-no such balcony exists.

terrible, old, shabby, badly equipped, noisy place with almost no day light + no lift too expensive for such a bad quality. expect to have a horrible view on noisy street tubes instead of on the Duomo as in the pic shared by the owner here. what a shame to ask such a high price for such a bad place
