Location, garden and parking were wonderful. There was good provision to be able to cook and eat meals in the studio with the two ring electric hob and utensils/crockery. The shower was powerful. The terrace was pleasant to sit out on. The coffee machine is Tassimo.
We had the pleasure of meeting two members of the family which own the accommodation.
The owners assisted us with a medical situation which was beyond the level of service which we would have expected and was greatly appreciated. Due to this we spent more time than expected inside the accommodation and still found it to meet our needs. The huge enclosed lawn area is great if you have dogs. The walk to the old city is easy and only a few minutes. There is a Lidl and boulangerie close by and a large pharmacy across the road. The location is ideal.
N/A. The accommodation was exactly as described and more.

A very nice modern studio with a comfy bed and great views.
Everything within walking distance but also the castle just a 5 min drive.
Would recommend for short stays 👌

Location to old Cité. Plenty of parking. Clean.
Shower was tiny

location close to medieval city, air conditioning in studio, well equipped
shower curtain made an already small space very very small as it clung to you!!
Also, breakfast is definitely not worth the €15 pp. Appreciating it’s a continental breakfast, there were no cereals, no meats, no cheese, no eggs, no yoghurts. literally all that arrived were 1 glass of orange juice, croissant (1 plain, 1 chocolate), and 0.5 baguette to share, plus 1 coffee.

the narrow stairs with luggage.. but understandably can’t be changed

very secure parking - excellent location- great shower - nice touch with water in the fridge and coffee and tea on arrival- very good communication with hosts, answered all of our questions immediately- no problems finding the property - ok it isn’t the Savoy however, at the height of tourist season it is excellent value for money for a one or two night stay👍
the air conditioning was hit and miss however, to be fair to the hosts we didn’t inform them due to only staying one night.

Nice little apartment
There could have been more cooking utensils. No knife or cutting board. The shower was very small and it was hard to no get water everywhere. The pillows were very lumpy.

Location was good. Only a 12 minute walk to the walled city and 25 minutes into centre ville
Traffic noise was horrendous.
The wardrobe shelves don't fit and fall out nearly taking your toes off.
The lighting is poor. Only a dim ceiling light. Needs bedside lights to allow you to read.

Nice room, had everything we needed. Quiet despite its location near a busy street. Within walking distance to the medieval city.

We loved the location, a short walk to the fortified old city. The instructions to get to the apartments were perfect, and parking was amazing.
The bed wasn't the comfiest. The wifi was not very good. Could only connect one device at a time and even then it wasn't very good. We had a lot of luggage and had to haul it up two flights if very small stairs.

It is on 5 min from the old Carcassonne. Very clean with all stuff for comfortable and independent vacation. We highly recommend it.

High standard and well equipped apartments with a nice outside area for meals. Very close to the Cite site, just cross the road, head up the hill and turn right on the quiet back roads. It's a ten minute walk that ends at a great place to visit. To get to the Bastide go past the Cite to the right and head for the old bridge across the Aude river, avoiding the main road.
There is quite a busy road outside, but the building is set back and the garden and new windows keep the place quiet.
