Our hostess was great. She greeted on our arrival, answered all of our questions and gave us some great suggestions of what to see that we weren't even aware of. She was a sweetheart. In addition our room which was recently remodeled was fresh and clean

perfect location! Everyone was suuuuuuper nice and helpful! 👌
nothing to complain about at all!
4.5
The room was great, very large, very nicely decorated, modern bathroom, very well cleaned. Our host was lovely, welcomed us, had a nice chat, recommended a free car park nearby next to the police station. The property is 5 minutes away from the train station and the cafe where breakfast is served (croissant/pastry, orange juice & coffee).
The location is a bit shabby, it's in the old center of La Spezia and it's not really maintained, the sidewalks have a lot of potholes, quite dirty. At night a few hors after midnight several garbage trucks came every day to empty the recyclables containers across the street, they are extremely loud if you keep the window open. The door buzzers are also pretty loud, you'll hear other guests going in/out of the apartment and their room.

Great location, modern rooms
Very noisy door buzzers - if someone opens their room late a night you will wake up

Everything was perfect. The host Mariarosa was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was in a near cafeteria - croissant with coffee and juice.
You have to park on the street what is difficult, but Mariarosa gave us a card for park.

The rooms were clean and modern and the owners make you feel very comfortable.
The people in the apartment upstairs are very noisy: they have kids running around til 11:30pm making it difficult to sleep early. There is no communal area like a sitting area or terrace/balcony.
A kettle for hot tea would also be good.
5.0
The room was very pleasant with a nice bathroom. We also had a small fridge which was often handy for small items.
The room is one of 3 situated in a house with other apartments and the main door to the street and to the apartments are always securely locked. Although the area is bustling with life and could be quite noisy, we always felt safe and enjoyed the authentic feel of the place.
Our host was also very friendly and supplied us with all the information necessary for our stay.
Nothing, we found everything great!
4.5
Host was very friendly. She gave us a lot of suggestions what to see in the area. Also she gave us discounted parking card. We were able to park right infront of the building.
Room is well renovated, cosy and spacious. There is no cleaning service - it is OK for short stay, but worth to mention.
Breakfast place is too far (10 min by walk). Unfortunately we had rain every morning, so it seemed like very long walk.

Mariarosa was very helpful, clean and pretty room, excellent bathroom. The breakfast is outside the house made by a café but it was always warm and delicious.

Clean spacious apartment. Very central location, close to the railway station(5 min) / seaport (10 min).
Helpful host.
A perfect accommodation for visiting Cinque Terre.
You have to walk to a coffee bar (near the railway station)for the breakfast. The breakfast is very simple (1 coffee / 1 croissant / 1 fruit juice)
