Moyen pour le rapport qualité/prix

Belle chambre décorée avec goût, Propre et bonne literie. Très bien situés : en face de la zone piétonne la plus fréquenté.

Les chambres familiales sont vraiment très très petites, ça va pour une nuit mais pas plus. Nous n’avons pas appréciés l’absence de double vitrage : énormément de bruit la nuit Prévoir budget parking en plus

Gran ubicación. Cinque Terre.

La ubicación es excepcional si vas a visitar Cinque Terre. Está en la estación.

Hay que subir bastantes escaleras, y se hace bastante duro cuando llegas cansado de estar todo el día caminando. Le falta un espacio para secar la ropa mojada.

O quarto é exatamente em cima da estação de trem, mas não se ouve o barulho.

Muitas escadas para subir com a bagagem. Café da manhã num bar ali perto. Fraco, mal atendido e com uma música alta horrível.

Definitely recommend!

the location is perfect, it is just near the train station. The staff gives us very detailed instructions on how to find the hotel, no worries of not finding it. The reception is very enthusiastic, she gave us many guidances about the travel in the city and Cinque Terre. Although the room is small, but it’s clean and comfortable!

It would be better to have more options on breakfast.

Personnel was super friendly, attentive and reachable all the time. The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. The location is imposible better if you are going to Cinque Terre. I would definitely recommend this apartment to a friend

The included breakfast was only a pastry, coffee and juice. Not much to choose from.

great location if you want to use the train. right at the station. the parking they offer is excellent and quite close by.

the stairs. we were on the top floor and they were horrendous. the bathroom is pleasant and functional but very small.

Good location, friendly host.

Great location, close to the train station. Welcoming host with good communication. She was very friendly and answered any questions. Clean room and nice linens. It certainly isn’t a large room but was adequate for our stay. Secure building. Breakfast included at a cafe across the street. Much appreciated. The cleaning staff woman was SO lovely! We had a chat before we were leaving. She certainly was sweet. Made our day!

No elevator in building so you have to carry bags up to their location. Luckily we were assisted with that by host. The room was HIGHLY scented with essential oils in both the main room and bathroom. Set off allergies. We removed these from the room and opened the windows to air out. We have found this very common in many hotels in Italy. The smell of CLEAN is a nice smell vs some perfume smell. The walls are thin and we heard conversations out our door from other guests who must have stood in the entrance area and had a long chat.

Good location, free parking nearby, value for money!

Perfect location right next to main train station, free parking nearby, breakfast, staffs very helpful & friendly. Value for money and highly recommended. Difinitely come back again!

Very helpful staff as well as convenient and cosy location on top of La Spezia Centrale train stain - perfect for visiting Cinque Terre - and in walking distance to city centre and La Spezia's port. The rooms are quite spacious and with the windows closed you don't hear a thing. The included breakfast is served in a close cafeteria.

We were staying for only one night taking a train the next day so the location was extremely convenient. The staff was also very helpful, accommodating our late check-in. The room was as comfy as it gets.

Cinque Terre here I come

Just located right to the train station. And not far from the city center. Cozy room with comfy bed. The sound proof is good. Our room are facing the station but doesn't affected us much.

No complaints at all. Very nice people. Gabriel was great in explaining everything. The location couldn’t have been better. Room was very nice and cool. Basic but great!

No mirror except above the sink! Please do add that! At least some glasses would have been nice!
