room was big. overlooked the river
no Wi-Fi in room. no shower curtain and a cold shower. breakfast was supposed to be included but wasn’t available as they had a function. person behind reception didn’t really have a clue to be honest

Очень дружелюбный персонал на ресепшене.
Дали бесплатно комнату лучше и больше
Всегда были готовы помочь
Советовали кучу всего
Завтраки. Первые два дня они были нормальные, шведский стол. После все свелось к яйцам и супу

Personnel très serviable
Petit déjeuner très moyen, pas de choix,

Beautiful little hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter however some ussues such as the hotel shutter doors come down at midnight, which was something I've never encountered.
Other than that, exceptional value for money. Note that if you prefer late nights the desk hand will let you in as long as you inform her in advance
Not alot wrong but going up n dwn in the escalator was like a sauna a mini sauna experience and the hallways were quite humid too.

Lovely staff and a nice room :)
The neighbourhood is quite dirty and far from everything.

Nothing
- when we arrived, nobody was really interested in welcoming us and doing the Check-in
- after a while waiting we got the Key cards and were send to our rooms
- when we left the elevator, there was a horrible smell in the whole area and it looked like the basement of an old hospital
- the rooms itself also smelled pretty bad and had no windows
- there was hair and stains on the bed sheets, in the bathroom and under the bed there were socks
- we went down to the reception and asked for another room. All of them had the same smell and we decided we cannot stay at this place
- we talked to the staff and left the hotel!
- the booking was done online with the option of free cancellation at any time - which we did. It still took weeks to get the money back (which we payed at arrival)
- this hotel offers rooms also on an hour rate... Not really the place to be when being a tourist.
This was the worst experience with Hotels on our whole world Trip! Would not recommend staying there

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Hotel Hanoi.
The rooms were clean, quiet and had all the mentioned facilities.
Huan was a great help. He helped us in renting bikes and just in general all the queries we had.
He also added a few vegetarian options for breakfast for us.
All in all, it was a great stay.
The location was a minus point - it wasn't in old quarter so we had to book cabs to get to landmarks or pickup points for Limousines etc.
Plus the only other thing is we felt that the price of the bike arranged for us by the hotel staff was quite expensive. We got a way better bike for half the price in Danang. So make sure you bargain or check rental places.

Nice rooms, pretty clean, decent location
hot water only lasted about a minute so had to have cold showers, our “garden view” room was just the cement building next door
4.1
Absolutely nothing.
The staff was so rude to us and kept smirking. He gave torn towels and the room was dirty.
4.1
housekeeper and reception together with facilities.

I really liked the size of the room and the fact that it had balcony with a river view.
The location is not good. The constant noise of traffic is there at night plus there is no pool and it is not as shown in pictures. Also it is quite far from central location

thank you Hoan for upgrading our room and your kind assistance on everything, thank you very much...

Rooms where good beds where good and soft for asian standard.
They gave us a upgraded room and he wanted to trade it for a good review. They room was not different then they advertise on booking, and it dident had a great view like he implied we would have. Its a good hotel only the person helping us was enjoying but this is my personal opinion

Super nice staff. Clean place. They arranged bus for us to ha long bay. Hot shower.
It is out of the touristic ways location. The room was old with very worn towels, smelled of bleach, view of roofs. Breakfast was quiet basic, we don't love savoury breakfast. The bed was rock hard.

We had a great stay. The hotel has a great location in the middle of it all. The rooms were top! The staff, especially Mr. Huan unique! He helped us with all our tours and booked, he gave us tips on what to do and so far we had only super experiences! The hotel has a restaurant with a very tasty barbecue! We had even extended 2 days because there was still so much to discover in Hanoi. We were treated very well here and can recommend this hotel!
it was all perfect!!

The staff was fantastic. We felt very welcomed and cared for. The rooms are very clean, mattress is comfortable, aircon works great and the breakfast was delicious. My partner and I are vegetarians, one of the staff took us out to find street food for dinner and dessert which was very kind of him. He spoke very good English. He's happy to do anything to help. We will definitely come back here in the future! We recommend 100%
Nothing it was perfect!

Exceptional service and attention to detail. Staff and Management are genuine people with a high standard of expertise.
