Sehr schön! Familiär

Wirklich Homestay! Wir haben uns bewusst für das Zimmer ohne Aircon entschieden. Es war ganz schlicht mit sehr sehr viel Charm. Sehr klassische Bauweise fürs Mekongdelta, wie uns schien. Es wird betrieben von Grosmutter, Mutter, Kind im Elternhaus (Grosmutter wohnt auch da, Mutter Tochter paar Häuser weiter) Eine Terrasse mit Hängematten wo man auch ganz gut mal die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Diese traditonelle Bauweise macht es ringhörig und es schimmert Licht ins Zimmer man lebt ganz nah in der Natur (auch nah an Käfer, Spinne). Es hat ein sehr gutes Mückennetz! Sehr Nettes Personal. Man fühlt sich familiär aufgehoben. Das Preisleistungsverhältniss nur für die Übernachtung ist sehr sehr gut. Gute Küche liebe Familie. bei unserem Aufenthalt hat es gepasst. Es waren tolle andere Gäste da. Die schönen, traditionellen Zimmer brauchen auch bisschen Rücksichtname der Gäste.

Nur als Hinweis Es ist ideal, wenn ihr ein Motorrad oder ein Roller habt. Alles andere müsst ihr sicherlich für euch prüfen.

Familiäres, authentisches Homestay

Sehr freundliche Besitzerin, kocht einmalig gutes Essen. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, Touren, Tickets und Rollerausleihe wird unkompliziert organisiert. Abholung von der Fähre, kostenlose Fahrräder. Mückennetze sind vorhanden.

Een hele fijne plek bij een lieve gastvrije familie. Super schoon. Heerlijk eten...alsof je in een Michelin restaurant eet. Mooi opgediend ook. Een fijne relaxte ongedwongen sfeer, erg prettig. Ik vond het een bijzondere ervaring om hier te blijven. Voor de eigenaresse: Dankjewel voor alles.

Toller Aufenthalt, tolle Touren

Super freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Ihr Bruder organisiert Touren rund um An Binh und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super. Sie macht ein grandioses Abendessen und die Lage ist super entspannt und ruhig.

Lovely homestay in the Mekong delta

We had a great time at the homestay. The family is extremely friendly and very helpful. We had lovely food there and booked a private tour on the river trough them. There is not much around but that is part of the charm for us. Be aware that the homestay is in the nature and there may be little frogs or lizards around and maybe in the house sometimes.

Tout était vraiment super de l’accueil jusqu’au Check out. Le cadre est paradisiaque. Oanh et sa famille sont adorables et pour quelques euros en plus on peut avoir un délicieux dîner cuisiné maison avec des produits frais! Merci pour tout!

Beautiful family and owner, Oanh. Felt like an authentic homestay, home cooked meals were restaurant quality. The rooms were clean, and well presented and the island is really fun to explore

The mattress is very hard, but it didn’t bother us.

Best stay in Vietnam

What's not to like? Since the arrival from the ferry, Oanh was waiting for me with her motorbike. Everything was smiles in the house, the food was amazing, breakfast and dinner, the bed was comfortable and the whole space very clean. A lot of good information was given, plus they have free bicycles to go around the island. If I had had the time, I'd have stayed longer. Lovely family. I can just say thank you!

Fantastic and highly recommended. What a wonderful host.

Location and the very friendly host who cooked fantastic food with plenty of it. Provided free bike and wonderful chats about the local area. Advised us to take a boat trip which was fantastic. Very good value for money.

We had a great time at Oanhs homestay!

Oanh is an incredible and caring host! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The dinner was really good and absolutely recommendable. She answered all our questions and even booked a transfer for us to go to Phu Quoc. Moreover she showed us places to watch the sunset, so we could go there by the free bikes she offers. During the day we did a boat tour with her brother on the Mekong river which was really nice as well. When we came home Oanh prepared lunch which was also included in the 5-hour, 16 $ boat trip. Even if the rooms are quite simple (but well equipped with mosquito nets and AC) , everything was really clean and you can relax in the hammocks in front of her house.

Lovely rural getaway to explore the Mekong delta!

Oanh is lovely and really helpful with booking transport for us making sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet, calm and relaxed vibe. Free bikes to use to explore the island was great and Oanh’s dinner was amazing - definitely recommend!

A bit of a walk from the ferry but we got lifts both ways with Oanh and there are free bikes to use.

We had a great time staying here. Our host was super sweet and welcoming. It’s really relaxing to be in the nature. An binh is a beatifull island, we got free bikes to explore the island And we did a boat Tour which Oanh organised for us. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful place and the food was awesome. The boat trip is really worth the 8 Euros. We enjoyed taking the bike and discover the island, chilling in the hammock… the only small note is the mattress, it’s extremely hard.

The homestay is right by a little tributary with trees, bamboo. There are hammocks out front. It's a short walk from a market (get up early to see that) and the riverfront.

Great place to relax!

I relaxed a lot there, its such a peaceful location and the owner is super friendly and helpful. Her dinners are delicious as well. The rooms are basic but provide everything you need (including aircon)

I love this place.

Stop reading reviews and book it now. Two nights not one. one doesn’t give you enough time to appreciate this gem. Make sure to do the river tour with Nam in the morning. That is all guys, thank you Oanh for an amazing stay.

Hospitality at its best

Oanh spent time with us, cooked amazing food (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there), and gave us some local tips too. Her and her daughter are very welcoming, and so kind. One of the highlights of our trip!

Relax on the hammock

The owner of the Homestay is really nice and a good cooker, Talk with her was a great experience.. her english is quite good comparing to the average in Vietnam. The place is really peaceful and relaxing.

very enjoyable four days.

Very friendly and Ouan was extremely helpful and pleasant. Together with her mother they made delicious meals. no need to go anywhere else. we also enjoyed a boat trip which was very good value. Ngoc Homestay had a lovely feel to it and we would recommend, especially for backpackers wanting to chill and expire the Mekong.

One of the loveliest places I have ever stayed at

It is definitely one of the loveliest places I have stayed at in my life. It is a real homestay where you stay with the family in their house. The owner Oanh is a truly kind and sweet person, and together with her sweet mom they make you feel very welcome. The dinner Oanh cooked for us was outstanding, with the fish being very fresh and delicious. They also offer bicycles for free to stroll on the beautiful rural An Binh island. Highly recommend. Thank you so much, Oanh!

Everything was perfect! Oanh is so nice, kind and a very good cook! We had nice talk and she also help us to take the bus back to Ho Chi Minh. The place is so quiet and peaceful, people are very nice there :)

The only « bad » thing even if it’s not bad, is the bed it’s a bit to hard for me
