Xứng đáng với giá tiền bỏ ra dành cho những kì nghỉ ngắn, vị trí, nhân viên đều ổn

Gần biển và các khu ăn uống

Máy lạnh không mát lắm, đôi lúc bật như cảm giác chỉ có quạt từ máy chạy chứ không ra hơi lạnh

Nhà to thoáng mát, rất hợp giá tiền.

Nơi ở hơi xa chợ nhưng bù lại nhà to, thoáng mát, được lau dọn chăm sóc kỹ lưỡng thường xuyên nên như mới. Thích nhất là phòng ốc có trần cao thoáng, giường to, nội thất như biệt thự. Có thể để 2 xe 7 chỗ trong sân hoặc đâu đường nội khu yên tĩnh an ninh. Chủ nhà tâm lý, niềm nở, hỗ trợ hết mình. Tôi để quên đồ về đến SG mà NV còn ship về tận nhà. Ở được đến 12-15 người cho 3 phòng to, có cả phòng khách thoing thoáng. Rất ưng và muốn giới thiệu thêm nhiều người đến nữa.

Hơi xa chợ nên nếu có xe tự túc thì tốt.

Hotel nằm trên con đường nhỏ, cũng tạm được nếu chỉ ngủ qua đêm

- Tivi không xem được YouTube, đi đường xa muốn xem phim, ca nhạc giải trí mà có cái tivi trưng cho có vì kênh trong nước còn xem không rõ! - Phòng khá nhỏ, giường ngủ kêu ọp ẹp không dám cựa quậy gì luôn, chân giường yếu sút cả chân đỡ - Phòng sơn trắng sáng sủa nhưng nội thất như ga giường, khăn tắm rất cũ, khăn tắm bung chỉ, lem màu rỉ sét trông dơ!

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding

Kamer is snachts vaak verlicht vanwege glazen deur. Moet vaak eruit om ganglicht uit te doen. En smorgens is het al vroeg licht in de kamer door die glazen deur. Verder is het strand om de hoek vuil en niet om te zwemmen. Jammer geen ontbijt.En de kamers zijn piepklein.

Wonderful location.

The location is very near the beach and the port. In this area we met really friendly and laid back locals. The guy at the desk understood English, which was great. Room was clean and quiet.

The window was totally blocked by some kind of facade that was built directly in front of it. The electrical outlets were in inconvenient places. The shower was between the sink and the toilet with no separation or curtain, so a constantly wet floor.

It wiil do good for one night

The location was enjoyabl. Nearby the park with a delicious breakfast. The town was really interesting where you could meet the fisherpeople. Also not touristic, what is a great pleasure.

La porte vitrée de la chambre. Et il faut demander une chambre avec une fenêtre, elles n’en ont pas toutes.

Disappointing. Bathroom needs maintenance.

Helpful staff. Good location in a lively neighbourhood, with nice seafood restaurants and a beach in the vicinity.

The room is very small. Not soundproof; much noise from the hallway. The room has a glass window; light shines into the room so it doesn't get dark. Bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask. The bathroom was unacceptable, with a leaking sink, dirty floor, no proper tiles in the shower, and only cold water. Needs some proper plumbing!

location is right at the Phan Thiet port, convenient to catch boat to Phu Quy next day, they have parking for car in/out door

will not go there again and suggest not to stay there. please dear backpackers, go somewhere else, or move directly to m

well, it was close to the centre which was good. The rate was cheap which was good also.

I didn’t like the cockroaches I didn’t like that the room is very very very small and it was not very clean.

Exceptional

Very nice young guy at the reception. Very willing. English-speaking. They also arrange motorbike rentals - very nice machine, no wreck. Relatively quiet place, close to a lot of restaurants.

Not too bad for the price

Staff was very nice, the first room we got had a very heavy cigarette smell and they immediately offered us another room with sea view (the view is pretty far but still something), and maybe the price, but there are other places within the same price range. There was really loud music from a nearby funeral while we stayed so Booking offered us €10 cash credit.

It's in a crowded neighborhood, there was a funeral nearby so very loud music in the evening (6-7 PM) and like half an hr in the early morning (started at 4.15 AM, I woke up from it). We saw 2 big rats running around the neighbor's house from our window, the bathroom's window also open to that exact house and couldn't be closed. Room itself is quite small and facilities like shower are pretty old and cramp, I should have chosen a newer hotel in a newer neighborhood for the same price (also less houses around -> less chance of a Vietnamese-style funeral, where music could go on all night if you're unlucky). If you don't need to reach the port early in the morning, you'd better book somewhere else.

Friendly staff

The staff were friendly and helpful. Receptionist booked a bus ticket for me which was very helpful. Comfy bed Good shower The street had lots of Christmas light decorations that adds to a good atmosphere in December.

Great stay. Perfect stop for boat to Phu Quy.

1. Great value for money. Comfortable, clean, good bed, friendly reception. All very fine. 2. And if you're taking the Superdong boat to Phu Quy in the early morning, this place is perfect. Almost next to the port. Also the long street along the ferry port is full of nice fish restaurants.

Disappointing

The man was extremely rude to us and made us feel deeply uncomfortable. Was so glad to to leave that place. The temperature control on the shower was broken and it was impossible to shower.

Superb

A squeaky clean place, quite close to the ferry pier - a bonus when you have to check in at 6 a.m. Staff showing a lot of goodwill and flexibility to accommodate your demands.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was tiny, making sitting on the toilet difficult. Poorly designed.
