Lovely venue for a short break

This was the second time we have stayed here. Lovely apartment, comfortable beds and brilliant views over the harbour. I loved going to bed and waking up looking out at all the boats. Nicely decorated sitting room and it was nice to be able to sit in the comfort of the apartment but have the balcony doors open.

Nice apartment with great views over the marina - remember to take some earplugs!

Lovely location with views out onto the harbour. Nice staff at the bar downstairs made sure we were OK and helped us find parking, local restaurants, etc. Plenty of room in the property.

Quite loud - lots of loud cars going up and down the seafront outside at night. I kind of expected this with the location of the property but other properties I've stayed at in busy areas provide earplugs for guests. Beds weren't particularly comfy. No tea/coffee in the property - had to go to the local shop to get some.

Would definitely recommend this lovely apartment

The apartment was lovely and quite spacious, and the balcony overlooking the bay was a bonus. Also, the owner was very friendly and welcoming. My friend and I really enjoyed our short stay here and will definitely be recommending to other friends!

We were really impressed by the apartment but maybe the lounge was a bit minimalistic. A dried flower arrangement or candles in the fireplace would be good. Also, the sink in the bathroom could be bigger, it was tiny!

A hidden jewel.

This property is superbly located, spacious, beautifully decorated and surpasses so many properties in the area.

There isn’t anything to dislike - I would just suggest bins in the bedrooms and bathroom, a hairdryer (please), some kitchen roll and tea towels.

Short break away which was only marred by the weather!

Very friendly and helpful host. Perfect location lovely sitting area with balcony to use on a sunny day. The most comfortable bed ever!

Steep stairs to the bedrooms so no good for people with mobility issues. Also agree that would not be ideal for small children to stay. Would have benefitted from provision of a hairdryer and a microwave though other than that was well equipped.

Amazing, really doesnt get much better.

Location harbour front , quality of furniture and beds all top notch, car park 25yards away

Cannot smoke on the balcony, no great hardship but probably would put me off booking again as we are both smokers and booked it thinking it would be ok to smoke there.

It’s location immaculately clean everything you need for self catering

Only downside toilet downstairs would of liked some bedside lamps these are only minor details and did not spoil our stay

Lovely, comfortable apartment in ideal location

The loaction is amazing, the apartment is full of character and generally very well fitted out

A bath would be nice, as would some tea/coffee sachets and some sort of cloth to aid washing up

Lovely position to sit ; watch the world go by. Just a few tweaks needed to make it a "luxury"

The location was fab, beautiful view of the harbour & surroundings. Made use of the balcony which would have been improved had there been more than one old chair available to use. The owner did bring 2 straight back chairs up from the cafe below.

The beds were uncomfortable, especially the one in the smaller room. They certainly had seen better days.

Enjoyable , 1st visit to a location in the UK for quite some years , were used to Thailand

Views were amazing , seagulls a nightmare , but we expected this don't an issue ue for us :)

Disappointed

The location was good but spoilt by the sticky back plastic lines on the patio doors so no view from inside

We walked in and felt it needed a deep clean. Bin half full. Only 2 mugs and 1 chipped yet there was four of us but 20shot glasses. Old Food in freezer. Bedding was terrible it was creased and the pillow we had each were flat as pancakes.
