Great spot, cute rooms, in the heart of Sayulita. It was great staying in a room with AC after sweating in outside all day. Cute and clean with minimal fuss.
Dog friendly but apparently only for small dogs. I called before I completed my online reservation to confirm dogs were allowed. When I arrived they seemed upset that my 40 lb Aussie was “too large” and wouldn’t typically be allowed. They kept the $200 pesos deposit upon checkout because of his size.
The bathroom isn’t private, just separated from the bed by a wall that doesn’t reach the ceiling and has no door, so there’s no privacy if more than one person is in a room.

Las instalaciones son bonitas
No hay atención al cliente, tuve que esperar demasiado tiempo para hacer check in, apesar de que llegué a la hr que me indicaron y es imposible contactar con alguien del lugar para comunicar cualquier situación.

Rooftop area was cool, pool was small but nice to have.
Rooms windows were small and the space was pretty dark.

Location right in the centre of town, so close to the beach and beside bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The upstairs are was lovely, and the decor was very fresh and funky! Definitely take a wander in the shop downstairs too!
Google Maps brought us to the shop side of the property and we found that a little confusing when we arrived first.
Although the location was great, our room was sandwiched on the street between two lively bars and we found it difficult to sleep with the noise as the music & base was extremely loud.
Heads-up, no bathroom doors - time to get comfortable folks !

Cute rooms, very clean and nice facilities
The receptionist asked if she really needed to return my deposit:/ and ended up returning less than the amount I initially paid.

I have stayed at a lot of great places in Mexico, mainly Sayulita. I have never found a comfortable bed nor pillows in any of them, not even in more expensive places. The bed & pillows at Hafa were AMAZING!! I could not believe how well I slept! Also, the dip pool on the roof top was great to have, it was August so super hot, to be able to cool off without having to go to the beach to do so was nice. I would defiantly recommend! Oh, staff was really lovely as well.
There were a few days that our room didn't get cleaned but wasn't the end of the world...

Very central and adorably decorated. Rooms nicely cleaned everyday.
The first room they gave us was the “booking.com room” which was extremely dark, humid, and smelled moldy. We then had to pay extra to get a room that wasn’t gross for our 6 night stay. We were the only occupants in the hotel that stayed in the 3 occupant room the entire week, so it was weird to get upcharged for something that wasn’t inconveniencing them.

There is a lot of noise from the disco until 2am. At 4:30 am there are the roosters and at at all hours you hear the water pump which turns on whenever there is a demand for water

The hotel is situated in downtown Sayulita, excellent for walking to the breach or restaurants. The top floor lounging area was really good for hanging out during the heat of the day.
The pool was a little cool, it was hard to sit in it for longer periods but excellent for a quick dip to cool down in the heat.
Also I am aware this isn’t the hotels fault but the town square may have music playing loudly till 1am which doesn’t make sleep easy.

it is close to the beach (short walk), the room was clean, property is well maintained and in the middle of town.
Our room was on the exterior (#2) and the noise from the neighboring bars made it very hard to sleep. The music was blasting until 3:00am. Having the AC on helped a bit but it was hard to sleep.

Location couldn’t be better- half a block from the square, in the center of town. Rooftop was amazing to relax, do yoga, whatever you want! We utilized this area a lot. Wi-Fi was also great!
The beds were really uncomfortable and impacted my sleep every night

My hubby and I were so happy with our stay at PHH! I was worried I booked the room THEN looked at reviews and read so many people complain about noise. The staff left earplugs on the side table we never needed.. We were there on a Fri,Sat, Sun night and I slept like a baby all 3 nights. The staff was great and so helpful. Thanks for your help Emily.

The toilets didn’t work, cockroaches and mosquitos in the room, the noise was awful. I really wanted to like this place. but the area is what it is.

Location, scale, charm , rooftop
Noise from the street was very clear in the room. The hotel was largely empty, it could have helped if we were one floor up, on the other side of the block

Excellent location near the beach. Super clean and the dip pool was refreshing.
Super noisy at night. It was Easter week and the partying went on til 5am - even though ear plugs were provided, it was very loud.

Love the decoration and was walking distance from everything. The whole place is so cute and the patios are amazing. Staff was also very helpful in helping to books tours etc
I wish that they offered beach towels to use for the pool and the beach. Also, since it is in the middle of the city it is very loud. This is not their fault but the bar music and noises shake the whole building, so if you are going for peace and quiet this would not be the spot. But if you wanna be in the middle of it this place is great.

Location. Decor is nice.
Staff at check in wasn’t that helpful or welcoming.
Rooms could use a few upgrades like storage and hooks in the bathroom. Better products. A safe was not available on our room.
