Small riad with a family atmosphere in the less touristy part of the medina, about 25 minutes' walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa. Very quiet location and nicely furnished. The roof terrace invites you to relax and there is a pool in the courtyard. The staff are available around the clock and are always helpful, discreet, friendly and solution-oriented. Wi-Fi is stably available.
The included breakfast is lovingly served a la table; it was fresh pancakes & brioche with various marmalades and honey. Fresh fruit and vegetables would have been a welcome addition for me personally.
It would be nice if there was drinking water in the riad, but there is also a small store just around the corner where you can buy supplies.

Positive things about this Riad,
Simple but nice decore
Firm comfortable bed
Mohammad was amazing, helpful, friendly and kind. A asset to the Riad and the only good thing about the place.
This Riad is the worst I have ever been to and I have stayed in over 5 Riads in the last 4 years.
Riad is to far from Medina and Main square and is a 40/50minute walk or 20mins in taxi which is 20 euros, unless. You download taxi app.
Riad is very hard to find and is in a very scary area that feels unsafe in the evening to travel around or get back to riad. We saw minimal women in this part of town, it's like a town of only men.
The worst part about this Riad experience is and was the two female staff. ie the two. GOATS.
One day we returned to the Riad but nobody answered the Door after ringing door bell for 5mins we got no answer, so I held the door bell down (as I knew the two cleaners were there), the younger female came to the door shouting and cussing in Arabic. ( which my daughter understands) We tried to explain that we couldn't get in but she spoke no English or French. She then went and told the older lady who spent 5 minutes cussing in Arabic in the kitchen for all to hear. These two women were a complete nightmare.
From we arrived we were constantly bullied by the older female to pay for the tax. We also had a drinks bill to pay which we were going to pay before we left, which is common in every in hotel and Riad alike, you pay your bill before you leave, you total up your bill and then leave.
The older lady was disgustingly rude and aggressive and even pushed the tax receipt in my daughters face. Never have I experienced such absurd behaviour from a female or even a member of staff before and as I said I have been to Morocco and stayed in many Riads. But this was the worst. We were treated like thief's, as if we were going to run away and not pay the tax. Our bill including tax was literally 166 dhm, the older woman made our experience Hell, the older lady was literally a monster in female form. If she could have hit us and kicked us out she would have. Her aggression was on 100..

A localização.

The pool had very sharp tiles, which are very dangerous. My son had a large cut under his feet.
No proper first-aid kit.

A cozy and stylish riad with beutiful decors and details. The hosts welcome you warmly with mint thé ans biscuits- a nice touch at arrival. Beautiful room with air conditioning and cleaned up every day. It feels good ar the riad and it looks even better than in photos.
Everything was well.

Good room and also the riad
We had dinner at the riad one evening. Don't do it. It was a very expensive dinner, 15 euros per person, which is a lot for dining in Marrakech, and drinks weren't included. Also the meal was neither particularly good nor that filling.

The space was extremely cozy and well maintained. We got up early every morning and Yassin eagerly prepared an always delicious breakfast. Everyone at the Riad was nice, calm and smily. We really enjoyed our time there.
When we needed, they kindly arranged us a taxi driver with a fixed rate, which came in very handy. The gentleman is also punctual, which we really appreciated.
If you happen to get there by another taxi driver, they will probably leave you a bit far from the Riad entrance. They argue it's not possible for a car to go through the narrow streets. That is not true, cars can get there.
We had this experience and we were not very confident to walk there. Although nothing happened, motorcycles drive too fast and locals might mess a bit with you on the way.

Aya is the most warm person :) the level of help was amazingly good. Her advices made our stay a way much better.
Good thing is a rooftop place, where she organized for as a shisha. Also breakfast is served between 8-11 and we were leaving early on our last day so she asked the crew to make for us a little breakfast to go :) that was lovely - thank you very much.
well⊠disadvantage is mostly one the side of noises, like you can hear from your room other people who for example are using a pool.
a place is a bit far from a city center but as we love walking for us was perfect distance đ€

This is a lovely riad! It is very, very clean! My room was cosy and cool (it had air con but I didn't need to use it) and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well here .It was nice and peaceful and had a roof terrace to enjoy the sun. The food was absolutely delicious! Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. I had dinner here and it was lovely, freshly prepared local cuisine...really nice! The staff were lovely too - very kind and helpful.
With regards to the location: it is quite far out in the medina and not accessible by car (like many other riads, I'd imagine). I think the location is reflected by the value. I found it best to walk about four minutes to Parking Bab Taghzout where there were taxis (and where day tours collect). Google maps was not entirely accurate, but was a good guide to the direction ( I found it myself after a bit of stress). Once I knew the way, I felt safe walking around on my own late at night and early in the morning in the area. I didn't have any problems and people were very friendly to me. If not such a confident traveller, I wouldn't recommend, especially if solo. The location was fine for me though.

Kindness of the staff, comfort and value
Even we donât have any situation, the area seems to be a bit insecure with a lot of people on the street trying to cheating you with wrong indications and abusive looks. Back to the Riad during the night can be quite scary. But I understand itâs cultural issue.

It was such a pleasant surprise ! Room was super well maintained, colors and materials beautiful and staff super welcoming. Night was super silent which is not that often in the Medina.
Nothing

The decor is really nice. Overall the room was comfortable. I went late at night and left early morning so couldnât comment on the service but they didnât speak much English.
It was in local neighbourhood and very difficult to find. Cars canât get in so you need to walk with your luggage in small alleys about 8-10 mins to the riad. Google maps shown routes where there are dead ends. Even my local guide got lost. On the way to the hotel at night, even walking with a guy, we got bothered and cornered by teenagers. I didnât feel safe as a solo female traveler in that neighbourhood. Once in the riad, I felt safe.

The place had a great vibe, the service from every member of the staff was unparalleled, the breakfast was also really nice.

the staff was really nice and allowed us to use the kitchen. they gave us breakfast to go as well when we had to leave earlier.
one has to be aware of the location. it was fine for us (travelling as two) and nothing ever happened, but on my own I would have felt not comfortable at all in the area.
