we got there late because of flight delay. the host called and check on us . every thing was so close to the apartment s

we love the set up of the apartment, we love that the fan and ac work . the place was very clean . Chantal is so professional and caring. we love that we had our own gate gate . this my sec time and I would still go back a third time

Ideal, central location, comfortable environment, pool.

I liked that the host was quite responsive She was always on schedule and I liked the fact that she made sure we had snacks and juice in the fridge when we got there. The location is quite central to most of the areas I was visiting so that was a plus. Would definitely visit again.

the bathroom was the best part of the property

what I did not like about the property !is how outdated the equipments was ,the building itself was beautiful the pool was a good fixture as well,however,the property itself needs to be updated ….

Totally and completely awesome. I was happy with my stay

First of all, Chantal is awesome, friendly, professional and accommodating. The apartment is small but big enough. It is so comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The parking space was the only thing.. but that has nothing to do with the host.. our parking neighbor was so selfish with the space and the whole garage itself wasn’t built too well so if you have a big vehicle or if you can’t really drive well, then you would have a slight struggle

Would definitely book again !

EVERYTHING! Chantal was such a great host! Communication was easy. She was so warm and welcoming. The place was so clean, upon arrival there were snacks and the fridge was stocked with water and beverages. Perfect location for me to get access to restaurants I like. Definitely would recommend!! Don’t look anywhere else! You’ve found your place.

I had a very pleasant stay at this property, and it was better than I expected.

Chantal was an excellent host. She was there onsite to facilitate the check-in process, and made me feel very welcome. When I arrived in the apartment, there was a welcome basket waiting for me, filled with snacks, coffee, tea, etc. -- which was such a nice touch. The apartment is very clean and modern, and has fantastic amenities. It is also in a convenient location, within walking distance to shopping and public transportation in the Liguanea area of Kingston.

The only improvements I could think of as needed at this point are: (1) Change to allow guests to pay by credit card; having to pay via money transfer is more hassle as well as incurs transfer fee for the guest. Chantal explained that her bank doesn't allow her to take credit card payments based on the current volume of her transactions. (2) Add a shelf or caddy in the shower for bathing soap / shower gel.
