The place is very clean and quiet, perfect for resting on a busy holiday adventure. The owner is accommodating and friendly. Water heater is excellent. Beds are clean (We had the room for 14 pax, bunkbeds). Towels are clean and smells good.
Nothing too bad. it’s a bit far from the other spots, but it can also be a good thing as you see more places in Baguio by traveling to and from this apartment.

A modern and spotless apartment.
3.0 / 5.0
It was affordable and additional heads were accommodated despite room pax stipulation. Owner was amenable to charge with additional fees.
The owner sounded condescending. No proper ventilation such as electri fan. Screen doors have no locks so you cant use the screendoors in the absence of electric fan. The Flush in the toilet was jammed and difficult to use.

The property was neat, tidy and clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating when we had requests.
There are several things that need to be provided for guests in the kitchen in particular especially when you have a long stay. For example tea towels had to be requested. There was no dish rack to dry the dishes. There could be more kitchen utensils provided for guests that want to cook most of their meals during their stay. The furniture is not kid friendly for guests that have small children. The glass table top and sharp edges of the dining table can cause injury. The verandah is also not kid safe for those with small children. Recommend a ground floor option for families staying with small children. Not all of the power sockets worked in the rooms. The bedrooms are small and there is no where to store your clothes for a long stay. The only option is to live out of your suitcase but no room to access them comfortably in the space provided. Bedding and towels are not replaced frequently enough but if requested they will change for you. The blankets provided are not warm enough for the cold weather in Baguio. There was construction noise from the level above on the property early in the morning and during the day so if you want to sleep in or have a nap it will disturb you. We had to sleep with the bedroom sliding doors open for air flow and that meant we were often woken up by noises outside in the street or other guests driving their motorcycles into the downstairs storage area under our room verandah.

N/A- no breakfast
The apartment was very comfortable. Getting taxis were difficult to get but likely more a result of the holiday season.

No breakfast
The door seems hard to open as the key to open was not properly demonstrated.

- staff/maintenance can go inside the room while we’re out.
