Spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable sanctuary in the heart of Rome.

The location was superb. A couple of blocks from the Trevi Fountain, yet secluded in a quiet neighborhood away from the throngs of tourists. Really good restaurant (Abruzzi) right downstairs with yummy food and super friendly service. The apartment was like a sanctuary after touring Rome all day. It was so nice to have space to decompress. The apartment was spotless and beautiful, overlooking a courtyard. Although there's only 1 bathroom, it's thoughtfully designed with a few doors so that someone can use the sink area, which is separated by a door from the shower and toilet area, so that was helpful. Having a washing machine and drying racks was also handy. The heat pumps/AC units worked well. We never had time to really use the kitchen, but everything was there, save for a dish towel or two. The host was very friendly and always responsive. It was so nice to have such a spacious and comfortable home base while in Rome!

Excellent location, quality furnishings, and overall stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location only a few blocks from Trevi Fountain and centrally located for everywhere else. Very comfortable for family of 4 and potentially longer stay if needed.

Would have been nice to have a few essentials available upon arrival: paper towels for kitchen, 1-2 portions of coffee, bottle of water. (Not a problem to buy any of that locally, unless arriving late.)

Great apartment in the heart of Rome

Plenty of room for a family, fully equiped kitchen, super comfortable beds and combo washer/dryer that was a godsend after 2 weeks of travelling

We were on the 3rd floor and the left in the building was out of order for our entire stay, very difficult getting 4 suitcases up and down the stairs.

Appartement vraiment très confortable et très bien situé car proche de tous les centres touristiques Très calme et pourtant en centre ville. Idéal pour un séjour à Rome. Après une journée de visites l'ascenseur est agréable. La propriétaire répond rapidement à nos demandes

Would have been an excellent place if not for the unfortunate issues .

Location was excellent, very close to many of the major sites. The apartment was spacious with fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms (queen size beds) but only one bathroom. Also has a combination washer/dryer. Our host was very friendly.

The WiFi router was broken so had no WiFi. The host was kind enough to refund a small portion of the money we paid to compensate for the lack of WiFi service. The AC unit in the kitchen area had an awful smell (sewage) when it initial turned on but went away after being on for several hours. Also, the elevator was out of service one of the days (apartment is located up three flights of stairs).

Although spendy, I think for two bedrooms in the heart of Rome, it was great.

You couldn’t ask for a better location. The BEST restaurant we tried was directly below us. The apt was clean, big enough and the beds comfortable—-and it being nearly 100 degrees outside—good air conditioning! We had been traveling for a couple weeks prior to arriving here so the washer/dryer was appreciated. The host was helpful—even carrying up our luggage.

There was only one towel per person and not enough toilet paper. The elevator was broken.

The location is perfect. Very helpful and kind host. The flat was perfectly located, near for every location and quiet for sleep at the same time. Well equipped with everything.

it was a great place to stay for our 10 days, it just needs a few improvements. I would also say to watch out for shady

property is very central to everything in Rome. I’ve been to Rome several times and this was the most central to everything. the apartment was very roomy which is something you don’t usually find in most European countries. The furniture is IKEA stuff, so don’t think fancy, and one of the folding chairs used at the table collapsed under me while we were there. I get it though, you don’t want really good furniture getting destroyed. the host David was great. He arranged our transport to and from the airport for a reasonable price, and was always easy to contact if needed.

while I wouldn’t expect high furniture, the chairs and sofa could be updated. The towels also need to be replaced. while they didn’t have holes in them, they were definitely not quality.

The location was perfect and central. There are an elevator if needed. The bedrooms where big and spacious, the beds was really good.

The kitchen could be overlooked. There were not glasses matching how many people that the apartment was set up for. The chairs in the kitchen was really bad, the backrest was very soft. It felt like it should break every tie you leaned back. The couch was very worn out, when you sat in it, pieces of the material came off. It would be very easy for the owner to do something about it, for example upgrade both chairs, couch and complete glasses.

The ONLY place to stay in Rome!

This apartment is stunning, so clean and modern, well appointed, in a gorgeous old building with lots of charm and character. The central location is mind blowing, you go for a stroll and within 5 minutes you are stumbling across the Trevvi Fountain or Presidential Palaces. In less than 20 minutes you’re at the colosseum. And after a long hot day of sweating through the streets of Rome, you can come back and relax in an air conditioned lounge with a chilled wine, whilst planning your restaurant for the evening. The owner is charming and very helpful. One of my best experiences ever whilst using booking.com

There is nothing to not like. it’s central yet just a couple of blocks back from all the main attractions, so you can wander everywhere and when you get back, the apartment is just outside of the hustle and noise making it a perfect quiet retreat.

An ideal home for a stay in Rome

Truly perfect in every regard - not one single complaint. The flat was perfectly located, spacious, and comfortable. It was near all the action, but quiet for sleeping. Air conditioners in every room, firm beds, and the well-equipped with everything we needed.

Property wasn’t clean properly. glass were dirty. Bath Towel need to replaced all were worn out. need new linen , furniture and good small carpet. I think this property has great potential if spent little money and proper cleaning

However, the location, value for money, friendly and helpful proprietor/manager and authentic restaurant directly below the apartment made up greatly for minor linen issues.

Mixed feelings

Easy walk to all the main sights, heaps of shopping, restaurants nearby - check out the area behind the apartment on way to Trevi Fountain or Pantheon. Washing machine and drier Space

It would help if they managed expectations It did say city view on booking.com but its courtyard views. It shows a big screen TV in the lounge, perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day sightseeing, but it doesn't work - edit the photo! The TV in the first bedroom is tiny, the one in other bedroom is better but there are no English channels or smart TV capabilities, so of limited use. We were asked for €78 on arrival for cleaning and city taxes. No warning or explanation as to how the amount was assessed, and we didnt have cash so were marched to a cash machine to get it. We're trusted with the flat for four days but not to get the cash or sort out PayPal. The towels are fine but do look different. Bad first night as we hadn't spotted the shutters. Hair dryer looks dodgy but works well. When she says up 2 levels in lift and down three stairs with bags, she means three flights of stairs. They're fine if you're fit. It can be noisy as construction in courtyard
