Great location close to train station, really clean and tidy, basic facilites OK.
Unfortunately we didn't get a great night sleep due to a continuous beeping in the hallway which we could hear until nearly midnight and then there was no hot water for a shower in the morning.
3.8
Good location and clean
The heater needs to be controlled in the room. I was cold and couldn't help myself increase the heat.
The issue of washing needs to be considered. Staying for days without washing wasn't a good experience for me
3.8
The location was great.
The bathroom was very small.
3.8
Cambridge lovely City, accomodation close to station, short walk to restaurants and onto city centre.
I only had one day in Cambridge, would like to re-visit soon
3.8
Clean, quiet and close to the rail station.
nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom
3.8
The wifi was very poor. I could hardly use the wifi.
3.8
Good location, self check-in / out.
My room smelt of cigarette smoke, meaning my clothes also ended up smelling of cigarette smoke. I did alert the owner - albeit the day after I checked in as I was busy at the business school all day - but the issue wasn't dealt with before I left.
3.8
Close to the train station.
Very clean.
Easy access with key codes.
Broken blind that you couldn't pull up.
Not the most powerful electric shower.
3.8
Excellent location
Exceptionally clean
Helen was so helpfull to take care the problems and contact with landlord.
In the first day, heater was not working very well and it was too small for the room. Insulation of window was very bad so room was so cold all night.
Shower head was broken and THE BIGGEST PROBLEM is that there was so hot water for 10 seconds then it turns cold for 40 seconds.

Location near station but ....Landlady on phone was rude, im vision .No light at code pad . Was freezing to get in ...spoken to like a school child . Her defensive unkind rude attitude awful . Involving equality act 2010 & trading standards...she knew i was disabled & vulnerable. Its too cold to sleep .
No heat in room when i arrived ...she blamed me for late booking ...she said it was set at 22 over night . I cant sleep from the cold 11. 36 . Shes telling me its -6 outside...im in bed with 2 jeans on all outside clothes ., quilt doubled over . Booking.com arent quick in helping

No interactions with other customers, easy to access and the space was enough for being alone
The heating issue, it was freezing and despite notifying the issue there was no change to how cold the room was

The bed was very comfy..
The TV had so many options available everything you could want!
Not enough plugs
Would be good if there was a place to get ready we had to move the desk below the mirror so I could get ready and then a plug wasn't available

Location is very convenient and the room seems fairly priced and clean enough.
It is impossible to contact them after the stay. I've tried over multiple months though different means (booking messaging, booking email and enquiries email listed on their website). No response at all on a simple invoice request. Not recommended for traveling for work as many companies require the invoice for refurbishments.
Aside from that, cleaning service left my door unlocked and slightly open all day long, luckily nothing was missing.

The room was basic but had tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, extra radiator, clean towels and bedding. The shampoo and shower gel dispenser was detached from the wall but good that it was provided. The property felt safe and secure and it was easy to let ourselves in with the key code. A short walk from the station and about 15 minutes into the city centre.
Unfortunately we noticed straight away that there was some mould on the walls, and later discovered some down the side of the bed. There must be a damp problem. A small amount of maintenance could easily improve the stay. We weren’t able to connect to the wifi, and it would have been nice to have a lamp as the main light was very bright.
3.8
Close to station, no need to check in
room was very cold when checked in
were unable to switch on central heating, used electric heater
no people to ask, need to call smb may be but I hate calling
the house is very old

Location was great and the code is extremely convenient. We just turned up late at night, went in, stayed the night and left the next morning, having breakfast at the Ibis hotel before we left.
Had the old-fashioned thing of a kettle with a lead that won't reach the socket unless you put it on a chair, which was a little confusing.
3.8
The rooms are decent and clean, highlighting the comfortable beds. Very appropriate quality/cost ratio.
The location is great, so close to train station, and close of commercial areas such as Hills Rd and Mill Rd. Also access to city centre by a 15 mins walk.
Overall, I would recommend the stay at The Norna.
It is true that the rooms and the toilets are not so big, but still sufficient, and more importantly, they actually match the product advertised on pictures, so absolutely no disappointment about this.
3.8
Very close to the train station, not far from city centre
No staff on site, didn’t respond to our text.
Room was damp, so toilet paper and clothes were always moist. Bed was a little small, so was the sink.
Toilet seat wasn’t fixed properly, so it wasnt steady.
5 nights stay and no room servicing (no room cleaning, no sheets and towels change.) - no indication on how to do it ourselves.

Ubicación
Terrible noise. I could not sleep. NEVER GET ROOM NUMBER ONE !!! May be nice in some other room. The manager does not help at all.
3.8
Great location, very clean, easy to check in
Parking isn’t easy, room is very small (useable though), four digit code would be easier (but it’s not a big issue), shame there isn’t any cooking facilities downstairs
3.8
Location was central.
Overpriced for the quality. Shower barely functioning (hot water often didnt work) Smoky odor in room. Room cleaning was not consistent, and never changed towels left on floor.
3.8
Great location. Really nice and clean. Spacious and presentable.
Bathroom slightly cramped
3.8
Room 4. Clean, has beverages, property was quiet, the door lock codes made it very easy to access the property and room.
Room 4 is VERY compact but the description is really clear and I knew what I was getting.
Really small point but the window blind didn't go up amd down. Not a big deal but meant you needed artificial light at all times
3.8
it’s very near to city center and convenient.

It was very clean and very quiet at night and bed comfy
The room was small and didn't like sliding door as for parking nightmare

Location was great near railwaystation.
No fridge, that was disapointment.
