Beautiful house with lovely contemporary decor. Perfect place to stay with other couples as we each had a double bedroom with en-suite and great open plan living area.

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful property. We were 4 siblings with their spouses celebrating a sibling Christmas together.
There was everything that we needed in this property that had plenty of room for us all even allowing us our own space as required.
The views are stunning and lovely walks from this lovely house.

For us this was a special occasion and the property did not let us down. It was decorated and furnished to a high standard and all appliances etc. worked perfectly. Access on arrival was simple and the instructions for the house were easy to follow. The location allows you to watch the world go by from the comfort of the large balcony which we all enjoyed very much. The weather for our stay was amazing however, I could imagine visiting this property at anytime of the year. Ferry to the headland is 10M from the house and you can see it arrive so no need to wait. Take the short ferry ride to Hengisbury Head to find a nice place to walk, great beaches and wildlife to see. Also, a visit to the Noisy Lobster, 10m walk from the house for lunch or dinner is a must. I was thinking about writing a bad review so this property may be available next time I want to use it but to be honest it as actually fantastic, Graham & Family, Windsor

A delightful property which offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 people (and a dog!) and presented to a very high standard. The added bonus of the veranda with seating was glorious and offered stunning views of the coastline. We would definitely return!

Lovely property but very noisy
Beautiful and tastefully furnished cottage in an amazing position on the quay - perfect but really noisy. Its the most popular crabbing spot so there are many people within a couple of yards of the house and kids crabbing are far from silent. Fisherman dragging dingys across the tarmac at 5.30 in the morning also not ideal. So whilst we would return to Mudeford with regret the location that we paid an absolute fortune for was just not worth it.

Excellent location and lovely home
We stayed here in February for my sisters 40th celebrations and had an amazing time - the home is finished to an excellent standard and the location is absolutely brilliant, right on the water. The hosts were also really friendly and helpful - thank you very much Ian and Jane!

An excellent property with fabulous views
We booked this cottage for a family Christmas, 5 adults, two teenagers and one 6 year old. Everyone had a fantastic break, the cottage was everything we could wish for with an open plan first floor with great views, a balcony round two sides with furniture and a table and even a storage container for the extra bottles! The 4 en suite bedrooms were very good and there was plenty of space for hanging and drawers. Watching the fishing boats and ferry was a pleasure and the local fish shop was good for providing fresh meals. We can recommend the Noisy Lobster on Avon Beach (just over half a mile walk) if you need to eat out, superb food and service but booking recommended. I would also like to thank Ian and Jane who looked after everything without a hitch and nothing was too much trouble. I suspect this will not be our last visit to this wonderful cottage.

Beautiful home in the most amazing location!
We had a lovely few days in this beautiful home. The terrace and views were so stunning, the house was so comfortable that the whole family had the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind!
All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen is well equipped and so easy to get to from London.
The location is fabulous - we spent a day taking the little ferry across to walk along the beach. Had another marvellous way along Avon beach and Highcliffe castle.
What we loved the most was watching the tens of swans just outside window... We will definitely be back soon!

Family Gettaway
The property at Mudeford was perfect for a family of 8 that want to do different things at different times, it allowed space and gathering as desired. Location was simply perfect with incredible views and all needs considered within the house.
Prepare for very busy Quay with Crab catching bringing people in their droves but the balcony at Little Haven does allow escape. Highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed.

Lovely views
The house is very modern and full of luxury fittings. The bathrooms are a bit compact, but otherwise very nice. The kitchen equipment is of a very high quality, but it can be tricky too operate, you need to read the manual. It can be very busy on the quay during the summer weekends. You can hire boats,go fishing, go kayaking, go on a rib all a short walk away.
There is also a fishmongers on the quay. Unfortunately the nearest pub is not family friendly so you will have to drive somewhere if you want to eat out in the evenings, unless you walk to the Noisy Lobster on Avon beach. There are large supermarkets about 2 miles away. The lounge is very nice. The views of the seas and estuary are fabulous.
