The staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was well working (after an initial repair). The beds were comfortable. There were five beds and an additional mattress so the room could accommodate six people.
The bathroom was large and the shower was working, with good-enough water pressure, even though we were on the third floor.
They served a good Philippine breakfast, including scrambled eggs, and provided some toast and butter too. The coffee was good.
The price per night was low so it was very good value for money.
In the bathroom, the mirror had some big dark spots, probably due to corrosion, which didn't look so nice (even though it was no problem). There was no holder for toilet paper (but toilet paper was provided on request).
A note: The steps of the staircase inside the building are higher than standard and might be tiring to climb if you are not fit enough.

Quite & clean
A bit remote

The staff are very courteous and accomodating
It says in the website deluxe rooms have balcony,(but in reality not all have it),no bidet in the toilets and the worst part is sound system whenever there are gatherings outdoor is too loud that it disturbs other occupants in the building as the proximity is too close and the place is quiet.

We were on the third floor, and there was no elevator. But the staff were helpful in carrying some of our heavier stuff.

4.1
warm welcome from the reception staff
Aircon good
The bathrooms have molds everywhere. I rented 5 rooms for my family and all 5 of them have molds in the bathroom. There was a black hairtie left in our bathroom with strands of hair all over it. One of the main doors have broken handle. looks like bedsheets was used before us- stains on the sheets everywhere. There were no toiletries.

Nothing much as I did not expect much from the price point. It is very affordable and sulit

Good price and very accomodating
Our room had no free hygiene kit. No soap, shampoo and toothpaste. No cabinets and rack. No TV
4.1
The kindess of the staff and owner. They are helpful and they attend to your needs. The apartment is nice naman. Honey feels!
Cleanliness of the room because there were ants in the pillows and beds. The aircon is not working and it was so uncomfortable. The bathroom door knob is also scary because it’s broken and you can’t open it and you will be locked inside- need to call a roommate to open it.
