Overall a nice overnight

The staff were friendly. Nice pool and dining area. Breakfast was good with an egg/omelette station. Great location, close to shops, laundry and restaurants off the main road.

Non working aircon, it was under repairs. Luckily fan was working! The room was not cleaned properly- so many dead/alive flies and mosquitoes in the room and staircases, all gathering at the windows.

Great hospitality in a well kept hotel.

Located very close to Ella strip. Hotel was very clean and friendly welcome by the staff especially Niroshan and Shehan. We were greeted with a very warm coffee and made feel comfortable and homely by chatting to us. We were filled with all the necessary information with what we should do in the evening and what are the hot spots in the area etc etc.

There is nothing to moan about in the hotel or staff or food. Everything is up to the standard and even the driver had some good feedback about his accommodation and food he was provided in house.

Roomas are big and clean. Location is great. when we stayed they had on going work at the hotel and had to walk through

Room size is good. Location is nice. Large pool.

Excellent hotel

Very clean and new staff very helpful and kind , very good location in center , close to many restaurants . Thanks for offering us such a delicious breakfast . I highly recommend this hotel

Avoid! Way over priced.

The restaurant food was OK and the staff were pleasant.

There was no hot water for the showers and one of the rooms the shower leaked the whole time. The swimming pool was right next to the car park and in close proximity to the road and cars coming in and out. The rooms were outdated and definitely not worth the price. It was more of a hostel hotel with no room cleaning unless specifically requested. The breakfast was very poor, cold and the worst we have encountered in Sri Lanka by far. We checked in for 4 nights and had the escape after the second

An OK stay

WIFI , peo-tv available. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Meals are very good and well balanced.

Limited selection for breakfast. Driver accommodation was not supplied but it was ok as we were informed earlier that it depends on availability.

Except the disturbance by the neighbors the rest of the stay was good.

Disturbance from the other room members at the balcony until late midnight unable to sleep due to very high noise

Overall nice place to stay with 👪.

Manager nd the staff were really 👌 . The breakfast was good. The place was also quiet good

Insects in the evening come inside the room can improve by keeping electric mortein or something in every room.

Exceptional

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is new and clean. Great location, close to the center, in a quiet street. You can walk to the Nine arch bridge and Little Adams peak. Breakfast was very good, omlette and lots of fruits, with coffee/tea and freah juice and pineaple jam.
