Egy nagyon jó szállás Ellában.

A szállás pár percre van a központtól. Gyönyörű, tágas szobát kaptunk, a kilátás az erkélyről lenyűgöző. A reggelink is nagyon finom volt. A személyzet pedig nagyon kedves.

Prachtige locatie die uitkijkt over prachtige natuur! ‘s ochtends word je verwend met een lekker ontbijt op je terras waardoor je optimaal van dit uitzicht kan genieten. Daarnaast zeer gastvrije mensen!

Great stay with great breakfast, helpful staff and clean environment

Great place to relax and recharge. The room was fantastic and exactly as shown in photos. We felt safe and the communication with the staff was speedy. The working boys helped us with our bags and settling in and were helpful with the breakfast and in showing us around. We met the owner when we signed out and she was kind.

It was not the easiest place to find. Blink and you'll miss the entrance. That is my only negative but it's not exactly something they can change easily. Ella is a small strip of businesses and so everything is tightly packed together. Just something to be aware of for travellers! And maybe a bigger sign is needed

便利な立地なのに風景もよし

バルコニーから見える山と雲海の風景が素敵で、朝食も運んでもらえます。メインストリートも歩いて行けて便利で、部屋も大きな窓、ふかふかのソファーで居心地よく、スタッフもフレンドリーです。

特にありませんが、宿の近辺は暗いので夜出掛ける時はペンライトあると便利です。

Mooie plek in Ella, ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen.

Opstaan en gordijnen openen en een adembenemende uitzicht zien. De locatie is werkelijk perfect. Het was op loopafstand van Ella, en je hebt zicht op Ella Rock en Little Adam’s Peak. Het personeel was super en het ontbijt evenals.

Klein puntje; de trap naar de weg was niet verlicht, tip voor de accommodatie.

Geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en het dal, ruime kamer en grote badkamer. Douche heeft lekker warm water.

Overpriced

The view

It’s old and run down . The windows in our room didn’t open. And the front door jammed . The room smelt damp . Tv didn’t work . It’s a long way from town If you don’t have a car .

Wonderful stay in the jungle with astounding view of Ella rock

The location was perfect. It was nearby Ella with a view on Ella rock. The staff was helpful and tried their best to make our stay as comfortabel as possible. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room so you can eat it on the balcony with the view.

First night we had a mouse visitor in our bed that startled us, but once again the staff helped us get rid of it and even apologized with some free Beers while this wasn't their fault. Also a lot of Gecko's at night that leave some poop around. But got cleaned up every day.

Lovely views and great staff!

The views from the room are incredible. Breakfast was brought to your balcony every morning so you could eat breakfast and enjoy the views. The room was comfortable and spacious. The family orientated staff were very friendly and helpful!! Only 5 min walk into the centre of Ella.

The only thing was there was a bad smell from our bathroom, but other than that. It was great.

Recommend to the group travellers.

The location was great. Staff and the owner of the hotel also really good. They provided the great breakfast. And they arranged me a Scooter withn 10mins. Very reasonable price.

They need to good care of the hygiene. Need to change the bedsheets one after the other customer. Its all in red color. I found some hair from the bedsheets.

The view from the room is magnificent and the balcony is perfect for a relaxed breakfast The bed is very comfortable Moreover the property is 5 mins from the center

A bit noisy as it’s directly on the road, so at night it might be a bit hard to sleep knowing that the bed is very comfortable Ask about ur breakfast type especially the eggs as they do it the Siri Lankan way which u might not like it

Great staff, great views!

The staff were incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to help us get a taxi when we were leaving as we were having so much trouble with Uber. The breakfast was delicious and it was served on the balcony which was a bonus as the views are incredible! Highly recommend!

A short walk up the hill into the town but this was not a big issue at all.

Basically not recommended for locals.

Location superb. Facility’s quite good except water.

Water supply distributions occurred time to time. That’s really disappointing. Breakfast not so good.

Nice stay

Very friendly hosts. Helped us to book a cooking class and a taxi. Delicious breakfast. Walking distance from the center. Beautiful view from the balcony!

Probably due to the humidity the room had een muffe geur. At night some small insects can be in the room.

Just gorgeous

Lovely family run accommodation - the two young lads work particularly hard and are a credit to the place. Really enjoyed waking up to those stunning mountain views and having a tasty breakfast on the balcony. The location is also fantastic - just a short walk into town. Really appreciated them organising a tuk tuk for me from the train station too. As for the room, the bed was really comfy and I appreciated the free tea, coffee and water.

Mesmerising view of the Ella mountains

The view is breathtaking. We loved to witness the livelihood of the mountains, with all the fast weather changes and the sunrise and sunset. Beautiful!

We loved everything but the stairs are really high and it's kind of a project trekking up to or down from the room. You don't want to forget anything either way ;) Also for a toddler with small legs it was a challenging. We put our child on a sling on our back as we didn't want her to fall by walking on her own. No toddler, then no problem ;)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a place that offered a stunning view from its balcony. From the moment I stepped onto the balcony, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking scenery in front of me. The view was truly something to behold, with lush greenery, rolling hills, and a crystal-clear river flowing in the distance. The balcony itself was spacious and comfortable, with enough room for a table and chairs where I could enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the view. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was comfortable. One of the highlights of my stay was waking up each morning to the stunning view from the balcony. It was the perfect way to start the day, with a sense of peace and tranquility. The breakfast at the balcony was amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a view. The combination of a comfortable room and a breathtaking view from the balcony made for an unforgettable experience.

There were many mosquitos on the balcony in the evening. And do not leave any food at the balcony. The bad room could be nicer.

nice stay in Ella with lots of space and a calm energy

The room was very beautiful and super large, with a nice balcony (view into the calming green). The people were super friendly and tried their best to make me feel comfortable. Everything was clean.

The breakfast was nothing special, but made with love. The English of the stuff was not very good, but we could manage to communicate.

after travelling over a month and staying in dorms this was a perfect reset and relaxation! staff and the owner lady were so kind and friendly and speak good english! she even came to wait for the bus with me on the side of the road ❤️ Also hot shower with good pressure, they bring breakfast to your room, proper blanket and comfy bed! worth every cent.

Loved it!

Amazingly clean place with lovely hospitality! The staff was extremely professional and ever smiling. The breakfast was super yummy. Loved the warmth of the hosts and would definitely recommend this place to whoever visits Ella. It is also just a 2 min drive away from the main Ella market.

Good location because it’s very near to the center. Rooms were clean!

Our room was at the side of the main road, which was really loud. Also the curtains didn’t close very well, so at 6 am it’s clear in the room…

Great for short stays!

It’s 5 minutes tuk-tuk ride from the train station, the hotel offered transfer! The view was amazing!

For one night stay it was ok, I can’t recommend it for long trips!

not again..

It was one of the worst experiences we ever had in Sri Lanka compared to a 3-star hotel. Photos are not similar to what we saw on booking.com and the staff was the most awkward one we have ever experienced. We were forced to attend New Year's party, which was only men and staff came to know our door 3 times to ask us to go downstairs. After saying no, we wanted to stay in the room; he called us by phone with the same request. We were two women and did not feel safe at all. We will never go back to this property!

We stay Country homes Ella 4 nights. Location is 500 meters from center of Ella. From hotel to center is easy to walk, good roads. Also you can ask tuk tuk for 200 to 300 for you. Every morning you have awesome breakfast delivered to you room. Be carefull for not to leave food in balcony for monkey to eat. From balcony views are amazing. There is no words for it. You just look and are amazed. From most expensive room you have also view to side of Little Adams peak. We must have a really special words for Lakshan and his young friend for taking sooo good care of our all needs. Really super helpfull from arrival handling our 25 kg luggage bags (sry for heavy load..) in hotel room & helping us all possible ways to enjoy Ella. If you are travelling to Ella, this place is Great choice to stay in!
