Good location, fully equipped, good base to explore from.
Parking is tricky if all of the accommodation is full.

We are a family of 5 and 2 dogs and this property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Excellent location near the seafront which was made very easy as there was a parking space (this is a very popular area). Beautiful apartment with a great garden - clean and comfortable.

The location and the space both in bedrooms and living room. Nice with smart TV, found some good stuff on Netflix.

Brilliant location- just a few minutes walk from the sea and an enjoyable long walk to Portsmouth Historic Dockyards museum or an easy bus ride.

Because this was a contactless handover, I took the opportunity to call the host before we travelled. Jane was very helpful in providing some local up to date knowledge about things to do and places to eat. A bottle of wine and some speciality coffee made a warm welcome. Once we arrived, we didn't need to use the car again, as everything was within walking distance from the apartment.
The lights in the communal areas stayed on all night which disturbed our sleep.

The sea front was a 4 minute walk from St. Helens House. The rooms was nicely decortated with loads of space for a family of 6 (plus one dog!). There was a pint of milk and a basic selection of food to get us started plus a nice bottle of white wine.
Not much at all to disslike about our stay.

How close we were to all of the locations, every thing is walking distance. It was like home from home, all you needed was in the apartment, cooker, washing machine, hoover😁 our 8 year old even found some toys on the last day ❤ books...more then enough space for 6 of us with 4 children sharing a room with lots of space spare, beds were comfy 🛏 nice and quiet location but still close enough to town 😀 thank you for a lovely stay

Excellent communication, lovely flat, lots of attention to detail, faultlessly clean, great location. The breakfast and wine hamper was the cherry on top of a lovely stay!
Bedding for the sofa bed was under the chaise, which was a bit dusty... but not a big issue!

The family in the flat above ours were pretty noisy at times.

Fabulous host, clean, modern apartments.

The apartment was larger than expected, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped which turned out t be very handy as had to cook all the meats for Christmas. Clean and, close to the common and canoe lake to walk the dog. Nice bottle to greet us but more important some milk and tea (although shop 100 yards away). very enjoyable stay
More the dog, 2nd floor apartment so too many stairs for him but, we managed. Parking spaces are fairly small and difficult to get into if others have parked poorly - we seemed to be plagued by this. But, it was free to park just up the road until 8 am so no bother.
