Enjoyable,I didn’t go for the accommodation I went for attractions(very)nearby.

Not a place for getting any shut-eye

Room 3 once inside its interior is a nice room though with weak WiFi. The breakfast at the next door sister hotel was good.

Nobody at the counter of sister hotel for bag drop and repeated ringing of the bell didn't make a difference. Had to go behind the counter and down their hallway to find somebody. Found out that Room 3 is actually Ground Floor of the Lady Hamilton, down a hallway to the rear of the bar. This is a rowdy, all day drinking crowd that you have to push through with your bags to get to the room and the shouting didn't let up until closing time at 10:30pm. It actually felt like the bed was in the pub. Then at 11pm I had two staff members shouting at each other outside my door so had to get up to tell them I was sleeping and they looked surprised somebody was in the room. After that I didn't get back to sleep for the rest of the night.

Den var ok men ganska enkel

Jag hade sagt till om innan och även vid incheckningen att jag önskade laktosfritt men de hade inte något laktosfritt första dagen De resterande dagarna fanns det laktosfri mjölk men inget annat som t.ex smör, yoghurt

The room and location were satisfactory for my needs, but probably wont' stay there again.

the room was satisfactory, could do with a bedside lamp, Great breakfast.

The staff didn't seem to know that I was there, particularly the lady who stood outside my door having a long phone call with her GP. I hope her skin complaint and urine infection have cleared up. Quite noisy, improved when I closed a door in the hallway that had been wedged open.

Ideal location. Fab staff. Very quiet.

Perfectly located for Visiting Portsmouth Historic Dockard; using trains, buses, taxis. Also perfectly located fir access to the Isle of Wright, Gunwharf Quays, walks along the coastline.

I could not work out how to use the hot water tap in the basin. It would have been nice to have a chair to sit on.

Good location. Was basic but did the job for one night. Clean, room very small. Breakfast was very good

Had to tell anorther breakfasting guest to keep the noise down a grown Italian man was shouting down his device on a video call. He got the hump and almost a thump the rude idiot.

Superb

Very convenient location for the historic harbour. Enjoyed both dinner and breakfast next door at the adjacent sister hotel.

A little noisy from the street and parking area adjacent.

Lady Hamilton House stay

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable especially the rather majestic bed. Breakfast was excellent in sister hotel a couple of doors down. All clean throughout. Coffee and tea making facilities in room. Location was great. Excellent value for money.

Intimidating warnings about smoking in rooms! Lighting not great in room just adequate could be enhanced by over bed lamp.

Comfortable, affordable and very convenient.

The room was perfect for what I needed, the en-suite was excellent. The price and the included breakfast were ideal and the location was just prefect for the places I wanted to visit.

Superb

Staff excellent , brilliant location, right opposite the train station, rooms although quite small, very clean, and comfortable, and breakfast included was excellent. All this for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again

Friendly staff. Opposite Gunwharf Quay and Historic Docks. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay. Ideal location for sightseeing.

Room was very basic and up two flights of very steep stairs. Odd furniture. Located right opposite a taxi rank, bus station and train station. Very noisy at night. Had to walk two doors down the street for breakfast. No parking. In hindsight I should have expected the noise factor considering its location.

Great location!

Location was very good. Just a short walk to Portsmouth docks and all the attractions there. Had a great view of HMS Warrior from our window.

The pub itself was quite rough.

Nice room, shame about the noise and view

Wish I could have picked up the room and moved it. Was really clean and appeared just to have had a referb

It was loud, I was behind the bar next to the toilets My window view was a car park and had 2 cars parked outside my window. You had to go to a different hotel for breakfast but for me personally found that my breakfast was swimming in grease and mushroom water! Only spoke to one member of staff and that was just to check in
