A perfect stay!

Loved it, definitely want to stay again! Rooms were very big and spacious. The building itself was new and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful. We wanted to be close to the Fushimi Inari Shrine, and the location is very good for that purpose since it’s in walking distance. Highly, highly recommend. Wish we stayed more days.

Habitación muy práctica

Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Toda la habitación muy minimalista y práctica, con todo lo necesario. Fue muy cómodo poder lavar la ropa en la lavadora gratuita que había dentro de la habitación. Fue el único alojamiento en el que había un tendedero.

Tal vez un poco lejos del centro y de la estación de metro.

Is a nice and clean place to stay but not walking distance and public transportation friendly fr K.S

The room is clean and the WIFI is stable during our stay!

Although the room equip with washing machine but no dryer provided, so is hard for the wet days! It is tiring to walk back from Subway station (Jujo) to hotel after a long day visiting !The bus options is limited to bring you to the hotel from Kyoto Station,Unless you enjoy walking! Some staff are not English speaker.

Grandi stanze

Una stanza enorme e molto funzionale. Il bagno, praticamente diviso in tre ambienti differenti, è risultato essere molto utile per alternarsi nella preparazione. Bella la doccia. Ottima la Nespresso al piano terra. Fermate degli autobus per il centro a circa 10 minuti.

Il quartiere non è esteticamente bello. Stazione a circa 20/30 minuti a piedi (dipende che punto della stazione si vuole raggiungere, per l'ingresso principale circa 30 minuti). Il personale alla reception era un po' latitante, non erano infatti sempre presenti.

Value for money n comfortable room

Large room, comfortable bed, got washing machine n nice coffee

Location too far from Kyoto station (19min walking distance) but the host have arrangements for luggage storage n sent to hotel for us

Perfecto

Muy tranquilo, muy limpio y con buena ubicación. El Family Mart a la puerta y hay algún restaurante también. El metro a 5 minutos, incluso puedes ir a algún templo andando sin problema.

En realidad no tenemos ninguna pega que ponerle, la información de Booking y la realidad del establecimiento y el servicio fueron acordes.

非常完美的住宿体验，感谢酒店员工的辛苦工作。

酒店环境非常好，屋子比较大，屋内设施非常好，提供电磁炉、冰箱和简单的厨俱，可以自己做一些吃的，出门不远有一家相当大的便利商店，可以很方便买到吃喝和用的，酒让大堂提供免费咖啡，对于每天早上需要一杯咖啡提神的人非常友好，酒店员工非常热情！对了，酒店附近有条小河，景色很好，非常适合散步。

对酒店本身非常满意，唯一感到不是很方便的，是酒店位置，离地铁站稍远，大约要走十分钟左右。

Great comfortable base to explore Kyoto

Comfortable room, helpful staff, in room washing machine. Good location. Free coffee.

Our room had a bad smell from the drain, but the one our children were in was fine, so believe it’s fixable.

Klidné ubytování, o něco dále od metra, s dobrou dostupností ke chrámu Fushimi Inari.

Hezký hotel, kávovar na kapsle na recepci, velký pokoj, pohodlná postel, dobře vybavená kuchyně. Dobrá dostupnost ke chrámu Fushimi Inari, klidná lokalita, obchod kousek od hotelu. Nápomocný personál recepce (manuál k pračce byl pro jiný model a museli jsme obsluhu konzultovat na recepci).

O něco delší vzálenost na metro (cca 1,2 km), hotel se hůže hledá podle Google Maps (vede do slepé uličky za hotelem). Hluční sousedé, kteří byli slyšet kvůli horší zvukové izolaci, ale po upozornění se ztišili. Průvan od vstupních dveří.

Quiet, comfortable, well priced.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, in a lovely quiet area only 20 minutes' walk from the station (and with several suitable transport options if you're less mobile). Washing machine in the room was particularly welcome for a 9-night stay. The property provided non=allergenic bedding on request. Kitchen facilities were perfectly suitable for the trip. Staff were always friendly and welcoming.

Could have done with a little more crockery & cutlery in the kitchen.

Overall, the stay was excellent. Got to explore the city and the old town by foot and experienced the night life.

Очень большой номер по меркам Японии. Все очень хорошо, никаких нареканий. Местоположение не очень близкое от метро, но зато близко от центрального вокзала, что удобно для поездок в Нару, Осаку и тд.

Lovely and spacious hotel rooms

The hotel is nicely decorated and very well kept/clean. The rooms for 3 were quite spacious and had the basic amenities. In a very quiet location, but close enough to the subway/train stations.

Some of the furniture were a bit worn and old, needs to be replaced.

4泊しました。滞在中の清掃等、室内に入られる事が無いのでセキュリティが安心出来ました。

連泊でも水のサービスは一回分なので宿泊数は欲しいです駐車場が狭く壁際だったので大変だった。仕切りラインを幅広にして隣車の距離がとれると良かったです（初日は隣車がラインはみ出していたので止めるのに4～5回切り返しでやっと止められかつ、降りるのがやっとだった）

It was fabulous

Room was perfect. Nice and large with all amenities. We had our own bikes so getting around was fine and not too far from a supermarket etc.

Great place, great staff, good view and location!

Beautiful facilities. If we wanted, we could have shopped and prepared food ourselves in the room!

Room 410

Room very modern, tidy, clean and equipped with everything for a great price in August.There are elevators too and free coffee in the lobby was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view of Kyoto from room 410. Around 15-20min walk from Kyoto station, so a taxi (about 1000 yen) in the summer might be better with luggage.

Overall, I love this hotel!

The room was spacious and I love that it has its own washer. The building has a zen vibe in it.

It's a bit far from train stations 10-16 min. walk. Though maybe its okay during fall or wintertime but we were there on summer and the heat was about 95-98 degrees. It's a bit hard to get a taxi. And the hotel can't get it for you. They're suggesting to get an app that requires you to have Japan cell number which I don't have.

Pleasant experience overall

This spot was affordable and very clean. We loved the small kitchenette as we were able to make breakfast before heading out to tour the city. This particular location in Kyoto was a great base from where we ventured out to Osaka and Kobe.

I forgot to read the fine print on our reservation so was taken aback for a few seconds upon learning that I had to pay the city tax in cash at check-in. Hope this information can be made conspicuous in the future, as well as the amount if possible :)

Modern furnished and clean room. Located central and only a few minutes walk from Kyoto Station.

If you don’t care about location and walking 20 minutes to a station, this place is perfect and comfy

Staff was very nice as they let us in even though it was 30 minutes early, lobby is very clean, WiFi is very good, room was spacious enough for 3 people, facilities was pretty good, and bed was very comfortable to fall asleep in.

Only the location wasn’t the greatest. It was next to a convenience store but not close to a lot of food places/entertainment/stations.
