We stayed overnight after a long day at Kings Island.

Very close to Kings Island. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious.

We could hear a little kids running in the room above us, but they went to bed pretty early.

Clean place to stay, good accommodations.

Clean. Newer hotel.

While the staff was not unfriendly, the gentleman seemed difficult to work with. No one was at the check-in desk when we arrived for quite a while. And then the room he put us in, someone was already checked into that room. We had a golden retriever dog with us, who is very friendly, but the gentleman acted as if it was a wild animal. It was very strange.

Stayed two nights for work. My go to hotel when in the area.

Super clean and friendly!

Beds were more firm than I prefer but not terrible.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

The breakfast was ok

The pool was dirty and there was a used hair band with hair in it on the nightstand. There was also puke in the elevator

Not a $180 a night hotel (after taxes)

Rooms were more like a home than a hotel room, my daughter enjoyed that.

Elevator issues, and the exercise room became locked on one morning.

Never again.

Breakfast.

Over 20 cars were broken into over night and management did absolutely nothing about it. No complimentary Hilton points or anything. Terrible owner. The GM is nice, but she could only do what the owner allowed.

Nice place to enjoy a quiet weekend

Very clean and quiet.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for my husband. The shower door did not have a seal to keep water from getting out.

Definitely not a terrible stay!! I have stayed at much worse! I would recommend this place to someone!

It was clean. All the staff were very kind. We went to the pool just to look and it looked well maintained and it was warm!

The room its self didn't have any curtains and the rod was missing. There were fixes made to the wall that looked like it was a quick fix. The bathroom door also wouldn't shut. None of which is a just problem but I would have thought it would be better since it is a new hotel.

We had a great trip all staff was nice and helpful.

It was clean. Beds were comfy. Nice rooms. Smelly good soaps and shampoos. Was super convenient for our trip to kings island and I liked that the checkout wasn’t until noon. Nice pool

The pool hours kinda made it hard to have time to swim. But it was still nice. Breakfast could have offered more types of pastries or muffins and such.

Exceptional

The soaps were excellent, the breakfast excellent, all family members 😀

Had issues with a/c and keys to 2 out of three rooms stopped working. However the problems were resolved quickly and efficiently.

We will stay there again

Awesome breakfast choices, servers kept bringing out fresh food and the "to go" box was a great add on. One of our favorite, most likeable and accommodating employees, was Sai, who demonstrated great customer service skills in addition to the above mentioned attributes.

Our first room, the bathroom was filthy had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was feces on the wall. However, upon notifying management, they quickly moved us to another room that was fully cleaned and appropriate.

They were kind enough to let us check in a couple hours early. The staff was very friendly.

In our room the bathroom door needed to be adjusted so it didn't drag on the floor. You can't open the door all the way. This was another shower with a weak stream. I think this is a trend in the hotel industry. The other trend I don't care for is no housekeeping unless you're there for four or more days. Maybe I'm just old school but when you're paying close to $200 a night. Fresh towels, a made bed and some empty garbage would be nice.

close to restaurants and our event venue. breakfast had several options, had a pool and fitness center

weird clicking/buzzing noises in the hotel- I think they were coming from the refrigerator. heat was off when we checked in so the room was cold, room could have been cleaner.
