We like this hotel but very disappointed in the customer service this time.

We love this hotel we have stayed here many times because it is close to our grandson. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

This last time we stayed I thought I would just need a room for my husband and I so I only booked a king bed room but my grandson decided to come at the last minute. It was too late to cancel and book a double bed room. I called the hotel directly and they said that since I booked through booking.com they could not upgrade my room. So when we got to the hotel I asked if there was a roll a way bed we could get…no. Ok, is there a king bed room with a sofa bed…no. Ok, we will figure something out. So we pushed one of the cushioned tables up to a cushioned chair but there was only one blanket in the closet so we went back down to the front desk to ask if we could get an extra blanket…no. So we took the big top blanket off the king bed and put it over the chair and ottoman and my husband and I covered up with the blanket from the closet. I understand why they could not change our room but I have never been told no so many times at a hotel. Not even tried to accommodate us in anyway and we have stayed here multiple times. Very disappointed and we might not come back after this experience.

Loved it!!

Everthing was great! Room was clean, beds soft, and the breakfast was excellent! The kids loved the pool too.

The pool area had a haze, almost as if the ventilation system wasnt working.

location. we moved away years ago and come back often to visit. first time staying here not sure I would stay again unless nothing else available

I really enjoyed this hotel. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast is good.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom were clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The small snack shop had a good variety except no choices for quick breakfast if you missed the great breakfast included with the room.

In the room’s the garbage cans are too small and the plastic bags are even smaller.

It was so close to Kings Island. the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and different every morning.

The thermostat was difficult to work.

Everything was great except for the extremely high pet fee.

Your $50 charge for our one night stay with a 7 pound (shed free) poodle seems exorbitant. Unless my credit card is refunded at least half that amount you have a VERY unsatisfied customer.
